He was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Landry carefully listened to my needs and helped me choose the perfect camper for my family and me.   Matt in sales a very pleasant individual, the clown working outside, Ceasar needs to show some personal human and politeness skills to someone like me a customer! I didn't appreciate him threatening me! I will not purchase a RV there.

  Buyers beware. We went to see a Lance 285 unit whose price was too good to be true. It has a mildew smell, and when we requested to do a private inspection, we were told that they would allow it, but that they would not let the inspector hook the unit up to electrical or water to test those systems. I followed up asking why they would refuse to allow us to independently test the basic features of the unit and no one responded. They most certainly know there is costly water damage to this trailer. They also would not provide a list of what was included in their $1,995 "let's go camping" package they try to sell you. Very shady. Would not purchase from this location.

  I actually tried to explain to the lady that I had a toy box prior to this and airstream prior to that This was going to be my fourth RV and I knew what I wanted and I didn't need to be pressured like many times before.. She kept insisting on a signing me to some I think his name was Jason.. I simply want it to be approved for financing walk onto the lot and pick up a Coleman 13b and take off.. I'm tired of all the sales crap.. I'm investigating now does my truck even need that $1,500 trailer hitch or can my trailer hitch work.. lies and lies and lies when you're dealing with RVs.. Just look how many are for sale old ones not even that old cuz they can't store them.. The cost to store an RV is outrageous beware

  Stay away from this dealer and Guillermo Montano. Guillermo was very unprofessional. Initially, he seemed like a solid individual who was willing to work with you, but after some time, he started showing his true colors. He constantly talked over me anytime he didn’t like what I was saying and communicated very poorly throughout the process. One example of his poor communication was regarding financing terms. Prior to me putting my deposit down, Guillermo told me they would not be able to finance me on a 15-year term and that it would have to be 20 years. However, once I arrived at the dealership, the Finance Manager, Ryan Slaughter, told me a 15-year term was not a problem at all. That is a major detail to miscommunicate, especially when it affects the length and cost of financing by an additional five years. Initially, I was also told that my $1,000 deposit would be enough to hold the RV and allow me to conduct my own private inspection with a certified RV inspector before signing anything. However, once I placed the deposit and was ready to schedule my inspector, I was suddenly told I had to sign a purchase order first. This was never disclosed to me before putting my deposit down. Ryan Slaughter was very adamant that I sign the purchase order or they would not allow me to proceed with my own inspection prior to completing paperwork. I made it clear I was not comfortable signing anything before the inspection, but they remained very rigid and unwilling to work with me. At that point, something felt off, so I decided to go with a different Camping World location instead. At the other location, I put my deposit down, did not have to sign anything beforehand, completed my inspection without issues, and ultimately purchased my RV there. Nothing compared to the experience I had at La Mirada. Terrible experience overall, and I would strongly recommend others stay away from this dealer. The only thing they did right was refund my $1,000 deposit.
