  The cargo van was easy to drive and navigate with. The free miles make a huge difference when considering moving lots of items at once over state lines. UHaul, Penske, etc are outrageously priced and charge a lot for mileage with no grace miles. I always use Enterprise for car rentals and this made me look no further for larger needs.

  Ashley Torres the branch manager there is extrenely rude, difficult, always in a bad mood, straight forward a lier, overcharged me, claimed there was a dropbox which she never showed where and did not provide any instructions for. I called multiple times left messages no response, requested on 5 different occasions each time with different representatives to set up a commercial account, and sent over my insurance 3 different times, no responsez still no account set up. Seems they are disorganized and Ashley has one heck of an attitude in general with mo interest in customer relations at all. Go elsewhere.

  Great experience! Staff was wonderful and allowed us to drop off Sunday night, then called and confirmed everything was ok. They are our large truck rental place 4 sure!
