  I LOVE these guys!! I am beyond satisfied with both the car and the customer service I received. ❤️ Unfortunately, I had to use their services because of a car accident, which was already a very stressful and complicated situation. But they made the entire process so much easier, and honestly, that was incredible and incomparable. From the beginning, they always had my best interest in mind. If there was ever an issue or something that needed to be corrected, they handled it immediately and without any hesitation. They truly treated me like a friend rather than just another customer, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. A HUGE shoutout to RJ and Jessie! They consistently made it happen, helping me find the best quality car at the best possible price, all while maintaining the biggest smiles and the best attitudes. 😊 I am so grateful for the way they treated me during a difficult time. If you’re looking for great service, honest people, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers, I HIGHLY recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We only rent from this company, this location! If you haven't noticed, all rental car companies are over booking these days. Twice it's happened to me, but Jesse, at the La Mesa location has always done everything he can to take care of us and get us on the road in a nice car. All with a smile on his face!

  Horrible customer service. They will put you on hold and hang up. they rented me a car and when the check engine light went on and i tried to call for an exchange they hung up on me. Several times. I called customer service and told her about them hanging up and she did not care. She said that she didn't do it. Go anywhere else. Horrible cars and horrible service. They are a franchise and do not care. At all.

  Shoutout to Jesse for incredible service! When I walked in on a Thursday afternoon, inventory was low, but Jesse handled it like a pro. He was upfront, figured out my needs, and even drove to a nearby location to secure a truck for my trip. That’s true customer service. Thanks, Jesse you’ve got a customer for life!
