  My overall experience with Enterprise was great. From start to finish the process was smooth. The staff was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental. They took the time to make sure I had the right vehicle for my needs and the car they provided was clean, reliable and a perfect fit for my day to day activities. There was one minor issue during the rental, but it was addressed quickly and resolved without any hassle, which I really appreciated. The level of customer service and support made the entire experience a positive one. Overall I was very satisfied and would gladly rent from Enterprise again. Thank you to the team for making the process easy.

  Shout out to this store! They are always hustling to get you in n out! Shaun is always sweet n accommodating. I rent at least 1 time a month here.

  Despite picking up my rental on a busy holiday weekend, the entire process was seamless. The team appeared to be working with a smaller staff than usual, but you never would have known it from the way they handled the rush. Everyone was moving quickly, staying organized, and helping customers efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Their professionalism and teamwork made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. Thank you to the Enterprise team for providing such outstanding service!

  Friendly staff and a new handheld computer tablet that is an all in one check out and check in device that makes the process easier and more efficient. Attentive staff members are listening and responding to customers concerns. Keep your rental vehicles in good condition. My situation was that my vehicle was repaired by a local body shop. The repair was completed and my car was ready for pickup. The body shop was going to be closed soon. Enterprise works with the body shop to allow me to drop off my rental car at my body shop. I got in my newly repaired car and drove off. Enterprise will pick up the rental later, at no extra charge! Another example of how Enterprise is making the car rental more convenient.
