I had a great experience at this AutoZone location. The store manager, Crystal, was professional, courteous, and very helpful from start to finish. I came in with a battery issue and she took the time to listen, explain my options, and make sure I was taken care of fairly and respectfully. Crystal showed excellent customer service and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. She was knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the way she handled everything and made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you to Crystal and the team for the great service. I would definitely recommend this location.

I went into La Habra location employee named Xavier took my initial phone call, he had my parts waiting noticed I was handicapped and couldn’t walk un assisted he made the experience not only very courteous but was such a positive solution guy. Made my day! I recommend this auto zone above all others! Krystal the mgr was also amazingly helpful. If I had employees like those two my life would be so much smoother! Thanks auto zone. And u won’t find my name anywhere else on google these guys earned this review!!!

Xavier took care of me and my car on two separate occasions. He helped me replace my battery as well as invest in a portable jump starter and get a part I needed specific to my car. My car was not starting and needed a jump every time and through helping me get the part I needed I was able to resolve that issue. I am very grateful, thank you

I stopped to replace my old battery, it all went smooth and the price was reasonable. The reason why I want to give them 5 stars, is to let everybody know that the store manager (David if I remember correctly) is a great man; that morning the store was super busy, and unfortunately a bad event happened to the store, so everyone was nervous for what just happened. He was able to manage the tension with his team, to serve the numerous amount of people who were in the line with professionality and calm. Thank you David, or whatever is your name.
