  We had a great experience renting the party barge. The staff were excellent and friendly. Smooth and easy check-in and checkout. Family had an awesome time out on the lake! We will absolutely be returning

  My friends and I just got back from spending three nights on one of Don Pedro's houseboats. I cannot say enough about their customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by two young women ( I regret that I did not write their names down). They assisted us with getting everything onto the boat and even helped inflate a paddleboard. Later, we had a couple of issues and they were quickly addressed by staff. They sent their crew directly to us so it did not interfere with our time on the lake. And when the boat had to be returned to the marina to repair the issue, they handled it all! Colleen and Sherry were very pleasant and we enjoyed working with them. The lake is beautiful! We had a wonderful time swimming, paddlebaording with our pups and just relaxing on the lake!

  I love Lake Don Pedro in general; we rented a pontoon with a slide as we've done before. I was super disappointed! they gave us a boat that they called "old Betsy" she was broke down and busted! no radio (gutted) no functional navigation, no functional fuel gage, the waterslide's spout was back flowing water into the boat all over everything. The propeller part was duct taped; I was so disappointed that not even a discount was offered towards a future rental. However, I do want to HIGHLIGHT that we had an amazing experience with Dylan who assisted us with the initial rental process and during our time at the Marina. Thank you, Dylan, for being so pleasant and helpful.

  We rented the 58’ Golden State houseboat from them this past weekend and it was a wonderful experience! On the first night, we took the houseboat out and pushed it up onto a bank like we were told to do. The next morning we tried to back it off of the bank with no luck. As we were trying though, the engine shut down and would not start again. They sent Aric, a wonderful guy, out to see if he could get it started so he could rescue us, however, he couldn’t get it started either. He didn’t really have any tools or starting fluid so he went back to get those. A little while later he returned and tried again to no avail… It was determined that the carburetor went bad and they did not have a replacement nor the parts for a rebuild. At that point we were thinking they would have to tow us in and our weekend was over. We called into the marina and asked to speak with the manager and they put us in touch with Colleen, another wonderful person, who was already informed of our situation. Not wanting us to leave with a bad experience, she gave us some great options. We opted to have the houseboat towed back to the slip, where we could come back to and stay each night, but during the day or actually as much as we wanted, we were allowed to use of one of their 12 person rental boats! They provided life vests, skis and a pull behind tube as well. I cannot say enough good things about this place, starting with the wonderfully friendly staff, the immaculate facilities and even the food in the store was amazing! Try the Philly cheesesteak if you’re hungry. I want to say thank you again and give a big shout out to Colleen and her staff for making this trip wonderful! I highly recommend this place and guarantee we will be back soon!

  Lake Don Pedro Marina provided a great house boat. The staff was helpful and friendly. The orientation covered the essentials and answered my questions. My family and I enjoyed the top deck and water slide during the day. Stargazing from the top deck at night was an added plus. We look forward to more adventures with Lake Don Pedro Marina.
