  DAMAGE! DAMAGE! DAMAGE! I've been a monthly Quick Quack member for over three years, but the way a recent incident was handled has really changed my opinion of the company. While drying my car with one of their provided towels, I suddenly felt burning on my hand and noticed tiny fiberglass-like particles in my skin. Later that night, I found fine scratching across the plastic surfaces I had wiped. I returned a few days later primarily because I thought they should know about it. The employee at the location was helpful, photographed the damage himself, submitted a report, and said the manager would be in touch. No manager ever contacted me. I was later told they inspected the towel area days after the incident, found nothing, and had no similar complaints, so they denied liability. When I explained that my bigger concern was whether a potentially contaminated towel had actually been investigated, I was simply told the person responding was the "final decision maker" and their position hadn't changed. There was no explanation of how inspecting a rag bin days later could possibly verify what was in the towel I actually used, and no further conversation beyond essentially, "trust me bro, we investigated it." The Risk Advisor was incredibly short and dismissive throughout the process but I guess customer service is not a part of Risk Management unfortunately. I'm not upset simply because they wouldn't pay for damage. I'm disappointed by how dismissively a legitimate safety/quality concern was handled. After more than three years as a paying member, I expected better. Be careful out there, folks.

  Never have any clean towels. When the clean towel dispencer is full all the towels smell musty and molded. There are always broken vacuums, whuch is oit of their control momentarily. The parkimg lot is full of water so you clean yoir car and drive through a puddle of water afterwards. The biggest grioe is the lack of actual clean towels. Hard to clean your vehicle and wipe it down with musty towels. They also leave ypur hands smelling rancid

  Para mí hoy fue una muy mala experiencia Yo estoy pagando por una ceramic tengo 3 carros y con hoy van 2 veces que lo llevo ai y no hacen el servicio como es solo le ponen agua no me ponen espuma como es solo muy poca agua la otra ves así lo dejé ahora paso lo mismo y volví a meter el carro y les comenté que tenía ceramic y que solo me avían puesto agua y pasó lo mismo cuando lo volví a meter así que yo no vuelvo a regresar a ai y lástima porque vivo a unos minutos nada más así para mí no fue buena experiencia
