  We were driving on the freeway down to Southern California to see our son. A large piece of debris flew across and damaged our windshield beyond repair. We knew we would not have been able to drive it back home, and we only had a weekend with our son. I got online and found the local Safelite. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The gentleman came out on a Saturday and on time. He was very professional and courteous. He had the exact windshield. It made a bad and anxious situation less painful.

  Very easy to schedule online and a great technician was dispatched to my office. He explained everything that needed to be addressed clearly and in about an hour I had a new windshield. East start to finish experience.

  Great communication, efficient over the phone and with arrival time. I appreciated being able to convert my appt to a mobile appt after making the appt through Geico. All I had to do was call and they made it happen the next day. The tech, Mason, was super nice and able to do last minute wiper installation as well.

  Dropped my car off. Followed the directions to drop my key. They forgot to check the key drop box - my car was the only one in front of the business and the did not repair. Instead, they cancelled my appointment. No phone call, just an email. I could not reach a human over the phone to ask if service had been done.

  What a disaster! Through my insurance, I went to Safelight to replace my cracked windshield! I took Friday off and after three hours they could not calibrate it! They claimed it was because there was too much traffic! Of course there’s traffic between 3 and 6 PM! Why take an appt at that time if you need light traffic conditions! The odd thing is they are open until 8 but rather than continuing to work on it, they insisted I bring it back on Monday, which meant I needed to take another day off! Today I sat there from 10 AM until 1:15 when I was told they still couldn’t calibrate it! They’ll order the factory windshield and I can come back a third time! 🤯 No compensation or discount, just an expectation that I dedicate my life to this!! I cannot“un” recommend this company enough!! So frustrated!!! When I told them I would not be returning and would go to the dealership, they stated I was still expected to pay in full!!! As I walked out, I ran into a woman who stated it was her third time there for the same repair!! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how the business has 4 stars!! It’s beyond pathetic!!
