  TOTAL SCAM AND DECEPTIVE SYSTEM – DO NOT PARK HERE!! If you are bringing your Tesla here to use the Supercharger, BEWARE. This place is an absolute trap designed to force you to pay for parking. The gate system at the exit tells you it accepts Tesla validation codes, but it is a complete lie. Tesla gives you a 4-digit text code (like 1752), but the LAZ Parking kiosk only opens up a camera and demands a validation QR code or barcode to scan. There is absolutely no functional way to manually enter the number code. We even tried scanning our original ticket to reset it, and it just throws you into an endless loop. We ended up being forced to pay the full parking rate just so we could escape the garage and stop holding up the lane. We should have read the reviews first because looking at them now, tons of other people have complained about the exact same issue. This glitch is completely intentional to pocket extra money from drivers. Save your sanity and charge somewhere else!

  Don't ever charge your car here. The parking attendant "Shelly" is super rude and will lie to get you to pay extra for parking. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Charging your car will cost you triple- don't let them fool you with cheaper prices- it's a scam.

  The office was very kind and taught me how to use the Tesla app to find the passcode for next time. I accidentally pressed the wrong button. They very kindly fixed my ticket for me so I wouldn't be charged for 45 minutes while I charged up my Tesla. What a lifesaver!
