  Without a doubt in my mind the most professional, courteous, & friendly establishment around. Every time I visit this storefront I’m always met with great respect & welcoming behavior from all employees working the floor throughout the store. As a grown adult it’s the equivalent of Toys R Us when we were children. Every time I’m at this establishment i’m stuck inside for hours viewing & observing all the hundreds of different merchandise throughout the store from clothes, outdoor items, firearms, & even food & house decorations. If you haven’t visited this establishment yet you better take a visit soon & witness the atmosphere & enjoyment that comes from shopping in store. If it wasn’t so far from Los Angeles (my residence) i’d most definitely be at this establishment often ! They also offer a great membership program (Credit Card) that offers not only free discounts on items through the membership but also rewards that can be used on future purchases made online or in store. God bless whoever owns this business because they know how to maintain & attract consumers with all they have to offer. Lastly don’t miss out on all the great festive activities they currently have as of right now for Christmas from November to December that’s great for the whole family to enjoy.

  Went to shop today with a newly purchased fishing rod but it went broken at a small joint in the FIRST DAY USE in a week. With a 60 Day warranty we expected an exchange. We didn't go to store and go furious but kept our tone calm. However, the staff at this store suspected the item was damage by us and the manager, while saying "we will take care of you", are trying to sell us a 2 year manufacture backed warranty and in an aggressive way "no one will refund you". But the staff knows they would do an exchange even when the rod is broken in half. We will think about this disgraced custom service before go purchase here again.

  My wife and I both love shopping here for fishing gear, they have a great selection of tackle boxes. We use one on our portable Takacat fishing boat!

  Horrible gun service. Paid for the gun and still have to wait in line for people who are “just looking”. They have one person only working on actual sells and paperwork. Incredible how a company this huge can’t figure out a better solution for those who have already paid or just here to pick up. Also need to hire more people behind the counter. No one should have to wait 4 hours to simply pay and do paperwork. No other gun store does this and they operate with more traffic.
