  AWEFUL CUSTOMER CARE - They CRASHED MY CAR causing $10,000 of damage!!! See the attached photos. After crashing My car they still wanted me to pay the $1300 for the windscreen which was a tiny chip when I took it in!! Its been over 2 weeks, no one from customer service has called me back, the manager has not refunded my payment and their insurance has NOT yet paid to have my car repaired. DO NOT USE THIS SEFLITE LOCATION. You risk your car being returned to you with thousands of dollars of damage. This is a Zero star review. I had a small chip in the windscreen and took it to get repaired as it was turning into a crack in the windscreen. I dropped the car at 4:30pm on Tues Jul 28th, when I went to pick it up at 12 noon the next day my car war severely smashed up! in addition it has over 50 miles driven on the milage count. They do no care about their customers or their customer vehicles. BEWARE.

  I have been dealing with my repair for over two months first the windshield provided was not factory so I paid get one. Unfortunately it was defaced and I was told I would be contacted in the next few days after a week I called and replacement the next day. I advised the installer a rubber cap was missing he took pictures and it would be corrected. I have spent 4 hours on three occasions and at least ten calls trying to get resolved, the only response I received was from a manager who was very rude saying that she couldn’t see my calls and must have sent to some other manager never offering to resolve the problem I requested the district manager to call no response. I called customer service at least three times for the district manager to call no response finally I requested a call from manager above district no response. Because of the number of hours I had spent I requested some reimbursement maybe that’s why no response. Today I called customer service and an appointment was scheduled for tomorrow. I write this review to hope that others will not have similar experiences
