Extremely disappointed with Safelite. I’ve gone nearly two weeks without a back window and have now had to schedule three appointments due to service issues. The first appointment involved the wrong window being ordered, and the second could not be completed within the timeframe I had communicated because I needed to leave for work. I’ve had to repeatedly rearrange my work schedule and drive around with a temporary covering. This has been incredibly inconvenient and a major waste of my time. I expected much better service.

We have a Toyota sienna van 2026 We were driving behind a truck and a tiny little rock hit the windshield. We thought it was fine. We can get that fixed but since it’s been so hot in LA, the crack became bigger and instead of a fix we had to replace. I remember our family friend had mentioned Safelite That they were quick and easy to deal with, and most importantly they came to you directly. I do appreciate that I did not have to take time away from work or make an appointment or drive far To get the windshield replaced. Although it is an aftermarket, You cannot tell and it works perfectly fine. I loved the first class customer service, and quick replacement, of the front windshield. We paid about $1300 give or take, They came to my workplace and replaced the windshield there On Sight. I did not have to take time away from work Or drive crazy far to get this done. Toyota was trying to charge us $3000, That was a bit steep and not really in the price range that I had in mind. Although I do understand because it’s not after Market, but seeing that we go on Road trips more often safe flight was the best choice for us. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone. The service rep was very kind. He answered all the questions And concerns I had. Five Star service! I will absolutely come back again.

The technician was respectful and explained everything he was going to do, furthermore, he spoke Spanish, which was very helpful.

Isaac of the Safelite Inglewood repair shop was very knowledgeable, provided excellent service, and was patient, cordial, and professional. He replaced my windshield with skill and care and made sure all of my cameras were calibrated on point and working properly.
