  I went to pick up a car during the start of the FIFA Soccer World Cup so obtaining a car was a bit challenging. I went to the Bellanca location and they did not have any cars so they had a staff member drive me to the Century Blvd location (unfortunately I don'tremember his name but he was an excellent drive. I felt safe).  I was able to obtain a car at that location however I didn't like it but rented it due to the limited available cars because of the huge sporting event that was being celebrated throughout the city. The person that assisted me was Chyna and her customer service was great! She was informative and efficient. I drove off in a 2024 Mazda SUV of which I kept for 3 days and returned it  to the Century Blvd location  for a different SUV due to me not liking this one. I was assisted by John who also was kind with great customer service. John got me in a 2026 Mitsubishi SUV., of which I liked and kept throughout my duration of renting Upon my returning the car at the Bellamca location Georgie greeted me with a smile and offered his assistance. Trent immediately called for a driver to take me to the auto shop to pick up my car and James extended his assistance by carrying my belongings to the car and drove me to the auto shop. He also was a great driver and made me feel safe. My overall experience with Enterprise at both locations was PHENOMENAL! Everyone who assisted me was friendly,  professional, kind and  made my rental experience FANTASTIC! I would definitely recommend Enterprise Car Rental to my family, friends and for myself if I need to rent a car again in the future.

  Enterprise is the best. They always make sure the customer is happy and accommodated. I walked in the same day to rent a car prior to reserving one an hour before. They put me in a car and I was thankful since I had plans for that weekend.
