- MBMarlon BAug 25, 20261.0The shower situation is a joke. Almost 2 hours waiting for a shower and only 1 out of 6 showers was occupied. They’re not cleaning the showers. I brought it up to Erik , but he threaten to cancel my shower, instead of having maintenance keep up with the cleaning. I guess it’s easier to threaten the customers instead of having your employees do their job.

When I arrived, there were about seven people ahead of me. There are six shower rooms, yet the process was unbelievably slow. The most frustrating part was that after I became first in line, I waited almost another hour. During that entire time, three shower rooms became available but were never cleaned, so they remained closed and unusable. I went to the front desk three separate times and asked the staff to contact the employee responsible for cleaning the showers. Nothing happened. No one came to clean them, and the line never moved. By then, there were about ten more people waiting behind me. The dining area near Subway and El Sabroso was also consistently dirty. The tables were covered with trash and food, and customers had to eat at dirty tables because no one was cleaning them. The overall level of customer service was terrible. It felt like no one cared and no effort was being made to fix the situation. This location seriously needs better management and much better attention to cleanliness and customer service.
