  this is the worst enterprise location i have ever been to. the employees are very rude at the reception and they are very lazy as a result the waiting time is more than one hour :// they are just too slow and rude at the same time not sure how theyre still in business?

  Trato amable, proceso rápido para firmar el contrato. El auto me gusto mucho,no tuve ningún contratiempo Solo que cuando yo lo reserve no dice cargo por millaje y al pagar si me cobraron.

  Customer service is at a heightened 10 every single last person was amazing especially Emily during pick up process and Daisy during returning.

  I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received at the Enterprise in Huntington Park. Today, 04/06/26, I spoke with the manager, Daisy, regarding a warning light that kept turning on in the rental car. Instead of offering a simple vehicle exchange for safety reasons, she instructed me to bring the car in and take it to the Pep Boys next door so they could scan it. I explained that I didn’t feel it was fair to take time out of my workday to sit and wait for Pep Boys to inspect a car that Enterprise provided. Daisy then said she could “look at it herself,” but also admitted she didn’t have any diagnostic equipment. As a customer, I did not feel safe or comfortable relying on a visual check from someone who is not a certified mechanic. Even after expressing my concerns, she continued to push me to go to Pep Boys and also mentioned that I would need to wait because her lobby was full. It felt like proper customer service, and basic safety, were not a priority. Instead of offering to simply switch the vehicle (especially when they had several available cars). I also contacted corporate and was told a regional manager would call me today, but I never received a call. The entire experience was very unprofessional and inconvenient. I hope Enterprise addresses the lack of customer service and prioritizes customer safety in the future.
