  2/5 stars — Good car wash, but one employee needs serious training in customer service and communication. I'm a member and come here about once a week. This time, after my barcode was scanned and I started to pull in, an employee stopped me and claimed something "didn't match" on my vehicle. Instead of calmly explaining or checking into it, she accused me of lying and told me I had to leave without a wash — with my kids in the car. When I asked for a refund on the spot, she said I'd have to call customer service, then walked away mid-conversation. The issue was clearly on their end, since I've had an active membership and been coming weekly. A manager eventually came over, listened, checked my car, fixed the system error, and let me through — I appreciated how he handled it. But being accused of trying to steal a car wash, in front of my kids, was humiliating and completely unnecessary. The facility itself is fine, but this experience left a bad taste, and I hope this employee gets better training on how to handle situations like this with basic respect.

  the car wash and courtesy were great but i had received an e mail offering a free upgrade for a rip tide wash but the attendant didn't know anything about it. I showed her a copy of the e mail but she said she wasn't aware, so I didn't get it.

  Since the new upgrade, my vehicle is much cleaner w/ minimal water spots. I love the clean towels that are offered to use, quick wipe down for the back of my trk. I have a membership for the premium wash which does make a difference. Waiting for the mirror to return so I can guide my vehicle in . I have big tires and they don’t always align my trk up properly which makes my tires rub and drag and is not good for my alignment. Staff always friendly and welcoming! 😊

  I joined this car wash a few months ago after one of the very friendly employees recommended the membership. I’m usually not a membership person, but I was so impressed that I signed up—and I ended up recommending it to my husband and more than 7 of my coworkers. At the beginning, this place really stood out. The staff was great, there were different air freshener scents, dashboard wipes, a mirror at the tunnel entrance that made it easy to line up the car, and air hoses by the vacuums that were especially useful for getting sand out after the beach. Unfortunately, little by little, those useful features have been disappearing. First, the air freshener choices were reduced to one type that barely works. Then the dashboard wipes were removed. After that, the mirror at the tunnel entrance was taken down, which makes lining up the car much less convenient. And now the air hoses by the vacuums are gone too. We are in a beach city. Sand in the car is part of everyday life here, so removing the air hoses honestly makes no sense. The regular vacuums don’t always get the fine sand out, and the air hoses were one of the most useful features this location had. The staff is still wonderful, so my frustration is really with the management decisions. I’ve talked with neighbors and coworkers who also have memberships, and several of us are confused and disappointed. Some of us are seriously considering canceling before the next billing cycle if things continue this way. I’m leaving this review because I would rather see management fix the problem than lose customers. Please bring back at least the air hoses and the entrance mirror. Those two things made a real difference, and removing them has noticeably reduced the value of the membership.

  Ive been a member for like 3 years and I love this place. I go like 4-5 x a week so the membership is definately worth it! I even go on my lunch break at CVS down the st cuz it’s so fast and convenient!👍The staff are always very nice and friendly and I highly recommend this car wash and get the membership! And I like the powerful vacuum cleaners as well to get out all the food that I eat in my car while driving! They always have ‘fast and friendly service with a smoke!:)’ Tim😎👍🏝️
