  Im not super "up" on the particulars of my car so it is so nice for me to feel comfortable having any service done. Kim and her crew in bay #3 today were lovely and helped me again, feel great coming to this valvoline. It is a quick in and out, and there are never any pressure sales tactics. Kim even offered to print out my issues so I could show them to my husband. I sound like a 1950's housewife but im not!!! 😂

  They were very professional and nice. Helpful in explaining everything being done and no pressure to add additional services. They did give me a print out of things that will be due next time and that helps me to budget for next time. Affordable compared to dealership cost and works time wise for busy, working families with kids.

  I love the convenience of this place. I hate making appts, so it’s great to just drive right in. There’s no pressure to add on services, which I like, but they’ll recommend the things you need. Everyone is super friendly and you can tell that they like their job. I work with the public, so I can be critical of customer service. This place nails it every time!

  On May 9 at about 11:45 AM I pulled into Valvoline in Huntington Beach and had the best experience ever as far as an oil change goes. Anthony and his manager I did not catch his name were amazing not to mention the guy that did my rotation. I did not catch his name either, but he had black plugs in his ears. Super nice guy. I will be back.

  The crew seemed inexperienced and disjointed. Something was wrong under my car, I could tell by the panicked conversation but nothing was discussed with me. I was asked to do the light check and various other steps of the process multiple times because various service techs would step in. The inconsistency was concerning and at one point I was nervous they weren’t doing the oil change at all. Now my car is leaking some kind of liquid anytime I drive.
