  When I was showed the oil stick, the oil was dirty. I asked Tony why does the oil still look dirty? It never looks like that after an oil change he says it’s normal. I will be checking my oil myself to make sure that the oil was changed out. I was there for about thirty five minutes to forty just to get a fifteen minute oil change.

  I come here exclusively for my companies fleet vehicles. Fast service! Very professional and interpersonal. Jupiter, Anthony and Alan took care of me and answered all my questions. Made sure I was good and right and caps nice and tight. Anthony the manager crossed all the Ts and dotted the I’s. Asked me if I wanted to change my air cabin filter to which I declined because I like my FUNK! See you guys (and gals) on the next one.

  Great, consistent service at this location. Anthony was my service advisor today and explained everything thoroughly with a friendly attitude. No pushy sales tactics, which I always appreciate. Service is always quick, and coupons are emailed frequently. Love the service here and everyone seems to be polite, efficient and friendly!

  Jaylen and Tony at Valvoline were outstanding! They replaced the oil and battery on my 2022 Kia Telluride, and the entire experience was quick, professional, and stress-free. They were incredibly friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable about my Telluride, including its tendency to burn oil. They took the time to explain why it’s important to keep an eye on the oil level and recommended that I stop by once a month for a quick oil check. If it needs a little oil, they’ll only charge me for the amount of oil added, and if it doesn’t need any, the check is free. That kind of honest advice and preventative service gives me peace of mind and helps protect my engine from damage. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers instead of just trying to sell services. I highly recommend Jaylen and Tony to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service!

  I always have a great experience at Valvoline, and a big reason is the amazing team. Isaac, Kim, Miles, and Shelby were all incredibly helpful during my visit. Kim has helped me before, and she is always so kind, patient, and thorough when explaining everything. She never makes me feel pressured and always takes the time to answer my questions. The drive-up service is super convenient, but having great customer service makes the experience even better. This is the only place I go for oil changes because I know I’ll be taken care of. I also appreciate seeing familiar faces each time I come in, it makes something I usually don’t look forward to much more pleasant. Thank you all for consistently providing excellent service!
