  Brought my car in and needed a new engine. Got the engine and transmission replaced but when I went to pick up my car a month later, got charged more than agreed without even letting me know in advance and my car engine would keep losing power. Took my car back and kept getting the run around for 3 more months. During those months, my car kept getting passed around to different places (allegedly) and even tried to charge me more for some diagnostic then to be told that if I wanted a full diagnostic, I’d have to pay for it rather than having a basic diagnostic. Every time I called there was some excuse as to why my car wasn’t done, picked up, or worked on and nobody even offered any money back for the inconvenience or even a rental car until the very last conversation. I FINALLY went to pick up my car and test drove and felt it was still off and even told the guy working but he disregarded it and sent me off. Drove my car home only for the engine to lose power again right as I exited the freeway making the last 10 minutes of my drive into 30 minutes. I’ve asked for the managers to contact me and am still waiting for their call a week later. Now here I am with a car that hardly drives and thousands of dollars less.
