  I was happy with the service that I received there they employees were knowledgeable and kind and helped me out but I didn't like was the fact that you have to call to make an appointment and it's not with them it's to some corporate office that does not keep in touch with the actual store so they think that the store is wide open when they're not so they're constantly double booking the stores there is a complete lack of communication that has been going on for quite a while now the store is not aware that you are booking an appointment at a certain time until after it is already booked I was told they had nobody that day and they were wide open when in fact that was not the truth therefore I ended up having to wait and extra hour even with my appointment and this is not the first time this has happened. I will continue to go to this particular store because I like the way that they handle my vehicle and me however I do not like whoever is setting up these appointments and that needs to change

  I went to get an oil change today before I left my house I put a new air filter in just to see how honest these guys were I am very honest I work for the City of Newport Beach they told me I needed a new air filter new battery which I have a brand new one in the car I have pictures of the air cleaners the orange one is brand new the white one is 6 months old it looks like they rubbed oil all over the new one be wise when you go there I went there for my last oil change no problems

  The manager said my car was so messed up I shouldn't drive it off the lot. He asked if just wanted to donate it to him. I had another mechanic look at it. It was only a hose that broke. Worst mechanics ever!

  Doug was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I was very frustrated after calling multiple places and getting nowhere, but Doug took the time to understand the issue and went the extra mile to get it resolved. It can be hard to find that level of service and dedication these days. I will definitely be coming back!

  Just purchased my third set of tires from Mountain View tires in Huntington Beach. Doug and Marvin were very helpful. The service was great and they were able to price match a better price which I had gotten somewhere else. My truck is happy with its new shoes.
