  Mountain View Tire has always been helpful thorough and even when recurring problems they continued to work to resolve it Great people there

  My tire pressure light came on and as I watched the tire pressure dwindle down to 20psi, I noticed Mountain View, pulled in and went inside. They were very professional and helped out right away. I was out of there within an hour. Only issue I had was the cost of the tire, everything is expensive now but for a 17” tire, I would think it would be cheaper. Thanks for your help

  I have used mountain view tires before but this visit was the best ever!! Uly gave the most amazing customer service, and he even figured out a trick for me to start my 10-year-old Subaru, which had been at several different Subaru dealerships and no one had ever been able to figure out how to solve the problem!!! I would recommend them to everyone!!

  I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt today and came in for a second visit. I called at 4:50. An appointment was scheduled for 530 so I asked to talk to the store manager to ensure that they could get my oil changed and tires rotated before 6 PM closing time I talked to the assistant manager he told me yes come on down and please come early so that we can ensure that you’re done today so I drove there and upon arrival the assistant manager walked out front and tells me that he’s sorry that he can’t do the work today because the technicians are giving him a hard time and don’t want to work anymore today And proceeded to make up excuses. The previous experience was oil change and tire rotation, After waiting multiple hours, I was called to say my vehicle was done right before 6 PM closing when I got my vehicle I noticed the tires were not rotated as I put indicators on them to ensure that they get rotated each time. I brought this up to the manager, and he swore that they were changed and I had to show him the indicators that I drew on the tires for him to believe me. He then changed his story and said oh you’re right my technician said that he forgot And said that if I wanted my tires rotated, I would have to come back the next day. Although he made it right and gave me a discount after today’s experience, I will never go back to these guys. I Would have rather been told at 4:50 PM that they did not have time today rather than being told. Yes come on in early and we’ll get you in and make sure it’s done. Complete waste of time Anne. incompetence and laziness on their workers.
