  I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt today and came in for a second visit. I called at 4:50. An appointment was scheduled for 530 so I asked to talk to the store manager to ensure that they could get my oil changed and tires rotated before 6 PM closing time I talked to the assistant manager he told me yes come on down and please come early so that we can ensure that you’re done today so I drove there and upon arrival the assistant manager walked out front and tells me that he’s sorry that he can’t do the work today because the technicians are giving him a hard time and don’t want to work anymore today And proceeded to make up excuses. The previous experience was oil change and tire rotation, After waiting multiple hours, I was called to say my vehicle was done right before 6 PM closing when I got my vehicle I noticed the tires were not rotated as I put indicators on them to ensure that they get rotated each time. I brought this up to the manager, and he swore that they were changed and I had to show him the indicators that I drew on the tires for him to believe me. He then changed his story and said oh you’re right my technician said that he forgot And said that if I wanted my tires rotated, I would have to come back the next day. Although he made it right and gave me a discount after today’s experience, I will never go back to these guys. I Would have rather been told at 4:50 PM that they did not have time today rather than being told. Yes come on in early and we’ll get you in and make sure it’s done. Complete waste of time Anne. incompetence and laziness on their workers.

  master mechanic replaced all 4 struts on my 2006 prius in one day. big job. they have a great master mechanic.

  Been here twice got a set of tires for myself and I had to get two replacement tires for my daughter‘s car would highly recommend this place Marvin at the brookhurst Store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff took care of me. I will definitely return again.

  I went the week before to get a new tire and alignment done. Worked out well, and the manager Doug took care of me. Took in a second time, shop suggested upper and lower control arms for a pretty hefty bill. I decided to do it thinking that was my clunking sound. Turned out, was not problem. After discussion it was kind of a mis diagnosis. Engine mounts ended up being the problem. Doug took care of the situation on the spot the following Monday. I really appreciate that since the first problem broke the bank. Bill

  MARVIN U DESERVE TO BE PRESIDENT OF GOOD YEAR. GIVE HIM A BIGGGGGGG RAISE AND PROMOTION!!!!!!!!!!!!! VEEY FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS & POLITEEXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL!!!! GIVE HIM THE WORLD AND WHATEVER HE WANTS!!!! SPOIL HIM MOUNTAIN VIEW GOOD YEAR TIRE CENTER. I'LL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!! HE WAS WONDDDDERRRRFFFUUULLL IN HELPUNG ME OUT WITH ALL OF MY CAR WORK THAT WAS NEEDED TO BE DONE. I BROUGHT MY CAR BACK IN VERY RECENTLY CUZ WHATEVER MECHANIC DID MY POWER STEERING FLUID OVER FILLED IT. SAME MECHANIC HOPEFULLLLLLYYYY FIXED ISSUE!!!!
