  In February I went to KNG for a wheel alignment because I got a great deal through Groupon. They mistakenly did an oil change which I didn't ask for. Especially because I just had an oil change a month earlier. I noticed my oil was leaking a couple of months ago I couldn't figure out why. I had my mechanic do and oil change this past weekend to figure out why it's leaking. Come to find out the mechanic at KNG had bent my skid plate instead of taking it off and there were 3 of the 6 screws missing, the drain plug didn't have a new washer on it which made it leak and the filter was way to tight and had to buy a special wrench to get it off. I really liked the owner however he really needs to pay attention to his mechanics work. Very disappointing.

  SLOW The service is very slow its takes houre and half to change the oil. After the guy told me its 45 min. Do u want to more more u want take your car. Price after Groupon is same as walk-in price Bad experience

  I am local here and have tried other shops around. The price is extremely fair here and the service is honest at some point I had a transfer case Leake, which is not something they deal with and they told me about it and directed me where to go I also recently had a nail in my tire and it did not need patching. They were honest about everything. I continuously get my oil changed here versus the spots around. Jon is extremely Nice at the front

  I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding the customer service I received today. I called to schedule an oil change appointment and encountered an incredibly dismissive and unprofessional attitude from your representative. Furthermore, the individual abruptly disconnected the call while I was providing my name for the booking. Consequently, I have decided to cancel my request for service and will be taking my business to another provider. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed internally

  Hi Team, Sorry, about the delay regarding my review. I had a little accident so I was a bit occupied. Nevertheless, your team has been so helpful, honest, professional, and timely. I was impressed by your knowledge on my daughter's Tiguan and can not thank you enough for letting me know that the vehicle did not need a timing belt change. I was told this before at the VW dealership. They totally were trying to take advantage and have me pay for something that was not necessary. I appreciated this so very much. I also thank you for your continued friendliness and professionalism. Your team knows to diagnose mechanical problems and resolve them fast and efficiently.
