Evan even took the time to pick me up from the body shop where my car was being repaired, which immediately set the tone for an incredible experience. From there, Robbie and Zach made the entire rental process quick, seamless, and completely stress-free. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and willingness to go above and beyond didn’t go unnoticed. It’s rare to find a team that’s this dedicated to making sure customers are taken care of. Because of Evan, Robbie, and Zach, I’ll absolutely be coming back for any future rental needs. If you’re looking for a place that truly values its customers, I highly recommend this Enterprise location. They earned a customer for life.

That passed and nothing came, asked us to wait another 30 minutes. We waited and still no car. What a waste of time. We are on vacation and have reservations and this place cannot deliver what was promised. Customer service was also horrible. They act like they are giving out cars for free. We are paying to rent a car and they act like it was our fault that they, a car rental place, does not have a car for us even though it was confirmed online the day prior.
