  I had them check for the check engine light, and they were so nice and helpful. Most AutoZones I've been to have been very nice and helpful.

  The prices on the shelf were completely different from what I was charged at the register. When I asked the manager about it, he was arrogant, dismissive, and lied about why the prices differed — then failed to show me any documentation to back up what he charged me. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. I will not be returning to this branch, and most likely not to AutoZone at all. There are better options in the area that actually respect their customers.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  I’ve been in my fair share of auto parts stores over the last couple years because my vehicle is nearing the end of its life, and my experience at this location was the best I’ve ever had. The staff were all genuinely friendly and wanted to help me find the right solution for my Rogue with a check engine light. PJ in particular was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time to come out and open up my hood and give me advice that ACTUALLY WORKED. He saved me $1000+ by recommending a new dealership gas cap instead of replacing the catalytic converter and guess what… no more check engine light. We all know how frustrating vehicle issues can be because we rely so heavily on mechanics that we don’t know if we can trust… so if you’re in this area start here and you might just save yourself some money and a headache

  Great service, I went in for a battery test and my truck would not start back up. Tony helped me get a new battery and installed it for free. He then ran a test on my alternator and starter and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Great service and very helpful. Thanks Tony
