  Here's another shout out for PJ!! Outstanding customer service! I went in to have some codes read on my Honda Pilot. One employee (didn't get his name) was very helpful, but then PJ saw that I had some other codes, looked under my hood, and gave some additional recommendations. I took his advice and it took care of the problem. I am truly appreciative for his genuine concern. My family has been coming to this AutoZone for many years and we are happy to recommend this AutoZone. Thank you.

  Phillip (PJ) helped me today with an AC cooling issue on a work van. He checked the computer and knew exactly what I needed and directed me right where I needed to go. He even walked us outside and showed us how to recharge AC and did it for us right then and there. Awesome employee 👏🏽

  PJ was super helpful with replacing a break light bulb. He even came out to check the lights and help install. Truly above and beyond hospitality 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  This is bottom of the barrel trash. I’d put zero starts if I could. Used to be good but for the last few years I’ve had nothing g but issues and wrong parts. Very disappointed :(

  The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and the lines moved quickly. However, I was disappointed with my experience when purchasing a car battery. I came in specifically to purchase a battery for my vehicle and did not request any additional installation products. The employee placed a two-piece felt pad installation kit on top of the battery, and I assumed it was included with the purchase. I was not informed that it was an additional item or that I would be charged separately for it. It was not until I reviewed my receipt that I noticed I had been charged $4 for the installation kit. I would have appreciated being informed about the additional charge and given the opportunity to decide whether I wanted the product before it was added to my purchase. Overall, the staff was helpful, but I believe customers should be clearly informed about any additional products or charges before they are included in a transaction.
