  They helped me get back on the road quick and were very friendly. 10/10 would put screw in tire again just to go back.

  Uriel and Fernando saved the day! My truck was misfiring on the way to work. Pulled in to Allen Tire. Uriel helped me right away and Fernando diagnosed the problem within minutes. They had my truck fixed up and ready to go in less time than expected. Amazing job by the Allen Tire team!!! Thank you guys

  The blonde guy with a beard is very disrespectful He yelled at me first then he answered my question by saying "I didn't get paid to look into it"no He drove my car in a really crazy way I made a complaint to the manager who was nice and gave me a discount update: I went back there because my car is still checking, even after they should have balanced the tires But I was told that they can't do nothing about it and it's better to take it to the dealership I didn't get refunded

  I’d experienced a flat tire on the freeway late one afternoon and, based on the rave reviews for Allen Tire Co in Huntington Beach, I decided to go there the next day to get all 4 of my 10-yr old tires replaced. I’d already done my research for the tire I wanted and Allen Tire Co had it in stock as they maintain a good inventory of quality tires for all makes and models. The price was competitive, the wait shorter than expected and the service was excellent and friendly. I highly recommend Allen Tire Co in Huntington Beach!

  I found a nail in my tire and took my wheel to my normal tire place to get it repaired, but they had no more availability for the day and it was a Saturday, so I went to the next closest place, which was this Allen tire location. I asked if they could repair my flat and they said yes, $25. Typically flat tire repairs are free, but considering I've never bought tires from these guys and it was late on a Saturday, I said whatever. They repair the tire and ask if I can pay cash, I told them I don't have cash on me (it's 2026). They try to get me to pay with zelle and I just wasn't in the mood, so they finally let me pay credit card. They tell me the cost now is $35. I don't want to argue so I just say whatever and pay it. I go to load the wheel into my car and notice there are no wheel weights on the car. I go back and ask if the wheel balanced perfect or what and before I finish they say balancing is $20 extra and I didn't pay for balancing. Let me be clear, balancing isn't optional on a flat tire repair. Any time the tire is removed from the wheel the wheel needs to be re-balance, let alone if you are adding a patch at the tire tread. The fact that this place is willing to do flat tire repairs and charge $35 without balancing and expects you to pay $55 to have the job done properly is egregious price gouging. I will never be going back to this place, it's no surprise this place was a ghost town when my normal place was booked up for the whole day. Keep in mind, I removed the wheel from my car, removed the center cap, cleaned the wheel and removed all the wheel weights before bringing it in to the shop. So this was about the easiest job they could have had all day. They're clearly trying to do cash only transactions to keep their work off the books and not pay taxes, and they clearly don't have any integrity to do jobs properly in the first place. Balancing isn't optional, and they didn't even mention that they wouldn't be balancing the wheel. I'll be going back to my normal place Monday to get this wheel balanced, FOR FREE. As much as I'd like to reverse the credit card charges as price gougers like this don't deserve my business, I'll show more integrity than they did and just leave this review instead. Perhaps their regional manager will see it and make some changes.
