- EJEarl Carter JrOct 2, 20265.0Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Sunset in Hollywood is a great place as their service is very good. Their Service Techs are professional and easy to talk to. They really take their time to discuss the condition of your vehicle and excellent with offering other services that can help take good care of your car. I highly recommend this company to help you keep your car in great condition.
- MBMF BondSep 30, 20261.0The first employee couldn’t answer basic questions about my leaking radiator and offered no help until I asked if there was a supervisor. The supervisor seemed very helpful and determined the radiator hose was leaking. The car was undriveable because the radiator couldn’t hold fluid and there were many other critical red flags with the car, but your self admitted non mechanics have no indication of any of the other major problems. I towed the car, which I had been driving up until the oil change, to the dealership and was given a long list of critical repairs, none of which were mentioned by your employees. I ended up trading the car because repairs cost more than the cars value. Why do you have non mechanics doing maintenance on cars, and why do they no longer provide a checklist of critical issues, like my brakes being so bad the rotors needed to be replaced and the boots were no good and other critical issues. None of this was brought to my attention over my past three visits here. One time, your employee fludhed my radiator fluid and caused air bubbles and I had to pay hundreds of dollars in repairs, and I had no recourse. You’re lucky you’re not being taken to court for questionable work.
