- HGHarshil GadhiyaOct 15, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience with the staff at this branch. They weren't very friendly, and the service was lacking. I was surprised, given that other branches offer free drop-off and pick-up services. When I made a reservation, they didn't have a car available, so I had to wait for an hour and a half. To make matters worse, they told me that the service would take half an hour, which was not ideal. Overall, I was not impressed with this branch, especially compared to others.
- MMMaxwell MierzejewskiOct 13, 20261.0Apparently, renting a car from this Enterprise comes with a complimentary damage claim. I rented a vehicle in September and returned it after hours, only to receive a $200 bill weeks later for a loose radio volume knob that was already in that condition when I picked up the car. Now I'm expected to pay for damage I didn't cause, with no clear evidence establishing that I'm responsible. A $200 charge for a radio knob? Babes, be serious. If you're renting from this location, photograph EVERYTHING before driving off. Apparently, even the volume knob needs its own photoshoot. One star. Zero trust.
0/5 estrellas.
- TCThomas ColeOct 1, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if possible. They charged an extra 500.00 claiming damage to the front bumper. When I returned this vehicle it was not damaged in any way. This is complete fraud. Stay far away from Enterprise!!!
- MRMatthew RudolphSep 28, 20265.0This is easily the best car rental location in LA.staff is friendly and accommodating. I’ve been renting there for 7 years and they always try to make my requests happen. Most recently Johnny the manager there was able to help with getting me a truck and an SUV.
