  The service provided by the Enterprise employees who assisted me on Friday the 15th and Monday the 18th was not pleasant at all; they were very rude and answered with arrogance and conceit. It was very poor service from both the receptionist and the "Gringo" who assume i was going to pay with credit car that was insulting he was the one handed over the car! The only one who showed genuine kindness was the driver... Thank you very much, driver.

  Booked a car, full day of sight seeing planned. Arrive and get told they don't accept debit cards like other companies do even though i could use my phone for credit card. No where on their website states this. Told me directions to hertz only 5 minute walk away which doesn't exist. Whole day of our holiday wasted. Company policy which no other companies seem to have.

  I am a Chinese resident living in Japan, and I visited on my reservation date to rent a car. However, after presenting my Chinese passport, my Japanese driver’s license, and my International Driving Permit (IDP), I was refused service because the issuing authorities of these documents did not match. I then offered to step back and have my Japanese friend, who was with me, take over as the driver, but this was also rejected simply because I was part of the group. I was told this was company policy, yet there was no mention of such a rule on the website or during the booking process. In the end, we had to urgently find another rental company, and fortunately we were still able to carry out our plans. However, this situation could have been easily avoided if the policy had been clearly communicated in advance. Better transparency would help customers prepare properly and prevent unnecessary confusion and stress.
