  Alex has always been very helpful. We continue to come to door oil change here because it’s customer service is just far and beyond what it should be and we are very grateful and his team is excellent. Always white glove service. It’s just amazing. I highly recommend this service and this store is just excellent. Excellent excellent excellent.

  They bait and switch you on the price for added services. Told me it would be 19.99 each to replace he headlights. After they started replacing them the price is now 39.99 each. Double the original quote. But they said they'd give me a discount so I agreed. At the end of the service they only gave me the $15 off the oil change, which I had a coupon for anyways that they email you like every month. No discount on the headlights. I asked if I got a discount on the headlights. They said yes. The invoice clearly has no discount except the one on the oil change. They do good work and are always polite, just be sure to say no to all extras because they lie about prices and discounts.

He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The service was fast, efficient, and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I really appreciate Arce’s honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend asking for Arce if you want excellent customer service!

  I came to this Valvoline for a simple oil change and immediately after leaving, my car started blowing white smoke out of the tailpipe whenever I accelerated. My vehicle had ZERO issues before bringing it in. When I went back, I was told “the oil looks fine” and that I should take it to a mechanic because it could be a coolant/cylinder issue — but again, this started RIGHT after they touched my car. I understand cars can have hidden issues, but the timing is extremely concerning and I expected more accountability and urgency instead of being brushed off. Now I’m left stressed out and potentially facing expensive repairs after what was supposed to be routine maintenance. I would recommend being very cautious and double-checking everything before leaving, or don’t come here at all.
