  I come here often to keep my car maintained and everyone here is always very professional and friendly. Joshua is very attentive and Franky gets things done quick.

  I usually come to this site to do an oil change and never had an issue. The people working are pleasant and very considerate, but was very inconsiderate of the situation that I had went through. Had a full service oil change for a Chrysler Pacifica and then was offered to do tire rotation. Granted price was a little pricey, but everything else is pricey anyways. The situation that I was displeased was they had an incident With tightening and un tightening the bolts switch them, but had a delay on the other side Tools didn’t accommodate My van. Long story short. They had sent me another company in Hesperia brake masters to see if they can check to make sure there’s no other damages for reason why it wouldn’t torque. This is very unprofessional on their part for me to go all the way to another location. Their misjudgment or Un experienced employees’ performance regarding my vehicle and their equipment. Brake Masters was very accommodating, to the point that they had filed a complaint with their corporate office. Luckily, nothing was wrong. Just waste of gas and waste of my time, Very inconvenient. I should have asked for a free tire rotation because of this incident and poor customer service. .

  Sal and Agalia both helped with a full synthetic oil change and engine air filter. Once in, the service was very quick. Checked my battery level and let me know of recommended services that need to be done. Was also able to use a coupon, every little bit helps.

  They're usually always friendly and professional here. Speed of service can be hit or miss whether there are several cars in front of you or not, but that's usually not their fault, just the amount and type of work slowing things down occasionally. Overall, a quick and friendly place to get your oil done if you're feeling lazy, don't have enough time or maybe have too much time 😂?

  Very disappointed with my experience today. I arrived at 6:30 a.m., and there were already two cars ahead of me, so I completely understood that I would have to wait. However, by 7:00 a.m., neither vehicle in the two bays had been finished. Two more vehicles arrived after me. When the vehicle in the left bay was finished, instead of pulling me into that bay next, they continued taking other vehicles while I remained waiting behind the car in the right bay. That customer kept adding additional services, which made the wait even longer. By the time I was finally pulled into a bay at 7:30 a.m., I had already been waiting an hour, and three vehicles had been pulled into the left bay before me. No one offered an explanation or apology. What bothered me the most, however, was what happened once I was finally pulled in. The attendant asked for my mileage and vehicle information, and I noticed the screen showed synthetic oil. I brought it to her attention because that did not look right. I even questioned whether the vehicle information on the screen was actually for my car. She insisted that it was correct, so I trusted what I was being told. Later, another service employee came over to ask whether I wanted any additional services. I declined, and he then noticed that THEY HAD THE WRONG VEHICLE pulled up on the screen. I immediately told him that I had already questioned the information and had been assured by the first attendant that it was my vehicle. At that point, I was extremely frustrated. A long wait is one thing, but having the wrong vehicle information pulled up after I specifically questioned it is a much bigger concern. What if the wrong service or oil had been put into my vehicle because of that mistake? I understand that people make mistakes, but when a customer points out that something doesn’t look right, the appropriate response should be to double-check—not insist that the information is correct without verifying it. I finally left close to 8:00 a.m., after arriving at 6:30. I have been coming to this location for years, and I truly mean it when I say I have never had an experience like this. Normally, I am in and out within about 45 minutes. I hope management addresses both the way vehicles are being moved through the bays and, more importantly, the importance of verifying a customer’s vehicle information before beginning service.
