- RVRoselia Vargas4 days ago5.0Im not the type of person to write reviews, but I feel like I have to this time. I am a member and this location is one of the ones I frequently go to along side the one by planet fitness in Apple Valley. Every time I go to this specific location there is this specific girl with glasses that always remembers how I dont like the brush touching the top of my car and no tire shine. Before I even get a chance to let her know no top brush and no tire dressing she already knows what I am requesting. It makes me feel extremely appreciated and valued. I know it's specifically her because whenever I go through and she is not there I dont feel like I get the same type of experience as if she was there with the other associates. She always has the biggest smile on her face and seems to actually enjoy her job! Shes is always so kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable whenever I have questions regarding my membership. I did have a chance to talk to her for a quick second before I entered the wash and got her name and thanked her. Sarah is absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend her to anyone who has any questions to talk to her. Not only for reassuring answers but for a positive attitude that would make anyone's day better. I will be continuing to use their services! Thank you again!
- DQDaleth QuintanillaOct 8, 20265.0I always loving coming here, i have a membership so i come here pretty often! I have little kids and this is one errand i don’t mind doing with them, i pick up a treat and they help out with vacuuming the car and i love how powerful the vacuums are at this particular location.
- LKLang KarlaOct 5, 20265.0I visited the car wash today and had the most professional experience I’ve ever had at any of the drive-through car washes in the area. A rather tall gentleman checked me in. He was very friendly, helpful, and sold me a membership. Later, while I was cleaning out my car, that same gentleman came by and asked if my car wash was up to my expectations. I asked his name because his level of professionalism was truly above and beyond. Sawyer, thank you for the membership and for being so professional! It’s something I’ve found lacking at other car washes. Additionally, Sawyer showed me that Quick Quack provides towels to help with drying the car, which was a great added touch! Thank you again, and I’ll definitely see you all again soon
- RWRick WongSep 24, 20261.0On August 30, my truck was going through the car wash when the car in front of me, stopped going forward, and looked like it rolled back into my front bumper. The other driver and I filed a report, and contacted our insurances. The manager told me on the phone that he would share photos and a video of the incident with my insurance. Well my insurance told me yesterday that the manager refused to share the evidence when my insurance requested it, even though they had the incident report number and everyone's info. Probably because the evidence implicated the car wash. I'll be contacting corporate and possibly pursuing legal action. Just go to another car wash.
- JTJohn TSep 23, 20265.0This place is the fastest easiest way to keep your car clean. Hand wash takes longer cause after you drive thru the wash then the attendant has to dry your car and that takes about 5 minutes more. This place after you drive thru it's washed and dried it takes about 3 minutes and the attendants are very help at all of them attendant chizue went out of his way and answered all my questions. At the one near the freeway attendant stopped what she was doing to help me.
