  Needed a weight cert for a standard crew cab truck. Had no idea what I was doing. Demetrio and Kourtney (excuse spelling errors) went above and beyond to help me get it done. Not only nice but very efficient. Thank you -- it is much appreciated.

  El peor lugar de todos los Truckstop pilot. Mal servicio, te atienden como si fueras a pedir regalado o a robar. Siempre hay mucha línea y pocos empleados atendiendo. Mejor paren on Barstow.

  8/25/26 @ 08:00 Today, I got here at 00:10 with no more driving hours available, trying to find a parking spot, but, it was already full and it was very packed everywhere and outside on the street trucks parked everywhere, long story short, I finally found a place to park on the street next to a vacant lot. When I woke up at around 08:00, a city revenue pirate placed a $200.00 parking ticket on my window at 06:28. It looks like they start hunting for money early in the morning. In my case, I wasn’t blocking anybody or any driveway. Drivers: Be aware that we’re living in times where many idiots don’t have any considerations on us, many people don’t care about the work and sacrifices we do to keep their food and goods shelfs stocked and ready for their next purchase. So, if we ran out of driving hours, obviously, we need to park somewhere to reset those hours. I try to follow the rules as much as possible, in my case, I was only 30 minutes away from my truck yard and home. I followed the rules and this is what I got, a $200.00 parking ticket. Sometimes we’re pushed and forced to do the things in a different way against the rules to avoid becoming a victim of a city revenue pirate or the thieves. Crazy. Drivers, be vigilant, always and everywhere because to the eyes of many idiots, we are a rolling atm machine where they will try to get some cash off of you. Good luck.

  Two mexican lady’s at counter every disrespectful and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place at all they are extremely disrespectful and rude

  I had a great Experience here at pilot. I wanted to take a minute to thank Courtney. She had outstanding energy and made the entire experience enjoyable. Working two registers at once while taking the time to interact with families. She was making a little boy in front of me smile and laugh; she made everyone feel so welcomed. She impressed me even more when she was helping what seemed to be a newer employee with what she needed help with on top of what she was doing as well. She is a positive light to this Flying J. Me and my wife will definitely be revisiting my next road trip through California
