  Very good customer service. I reserved a standard auto online and due to recalls they did not have one available but the upgraded to an SUV for no additional cost.

  The Hesperia Enterprise location was just awesome. Matthew helped us, he was so professional and knowledgeable. We rented a truck to go camping and we were completely satisfied!

  My husband and I recently needed to use the services of the Enterprise car rental in Hesperia and it was a very positive experience. The best I have ever had at any car rental location, and generally, they tend to be customer serbice conscious. When we first arrived, there was a party in front of us who were being a tad, shall we say, nit picky. Not overly difficult, but a little demanding in ways that were taking a lot of time, but were insulting to the ( VERY patient) representative, who was remaining calm and kind nonetheless. The representative was calmly and professionally providing all information the guest was demanding, even after she kept saying something was there that wasn't. My husband and I have both spent decades in customer service, and we are very impressed with the customer service representative's patience with her. We were helped (fortunately BEFORE the fussy guest was finished grilling the other representative) by another very nice young man who demonstrated and explained the vehicle inspection process. He also gave us a very efficient tour of our new, albeit temporary, ride, and we were out of there in no time. When we returned it, we were again helped by a kind, friendly young man, who quickly inspected our car, and checked us in/out, and made us wish we needed another rental! We do not, but I guarantee, the next time we do, we will definitely be calling Enterprise!

  My car broke down and I needed a rental ASAP. Rylee let me know that all the cars were booked for the day but even so I felt he genuinely wanted to help me out by giving me different advice in getting my car fixed. I was fortunate that a car came in within the hour and he got me into the car as soon as he could. He saved our trip! Great customer service and true professionalism. (Im sorry if I misspelled your name 🫣😁)
