  Booked a sedan, when I got there they only had Mini vans. Guy at the counter was nonchalant about the error. Just call in and verify that the car you booked is actually there. The mini van was double the price

  The ease of the rental, the complimentary pick up and drop off, and the fact that it was so easy to extend the rental when needed

  If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely awful place do NOT rent a car from here. Go to Victorville location instead more vehicles better Service. Mathew store manager Hesperia supposedly, that individual Needs to go back & take a seminar course on customer service management skills. Too young to be a manager arguing with customer over the phone NOT Good. I rented a vehicle for 2 day & got charged 3 days, on top of that had to go back to the store within 2 hrs to swapped vehicles The one I received temperature overheating sensor came on. Missed my appointment on my trip. Waited another 1hr to get another vehicle which I did. Got on the road again at almost 1pm that day. 2 days later I Brought vehicle back at the same time I checked out when I had issued with the vehicle the first time. I realized when I got home that I was been charged for 3 days plus the warranty insurance. I Brought it up to this Kid Matthew to waive the charges but no. After all the inconvenience I went through still says No. Arguing over the phone with me not a good for a supposedly manager. NEVER RENTING FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. I will dispute the charges, Not Fair.

  We rent from here all the time, no issues, always satisfied. Until today, this is the 1st and last time working with Brittney. Not a very pleasant experience dealing with her. She should work on being less difficult and customer satisfaction.
