  I can’t say enough great things about Vanessa and the entire team at the Enterprise on PCH in Hermosa Beach. My family’s Honda Odyssey was totaled after an accident, and what we thought would be a quick rental turned into a six-week process while we worked through insurance and searched for the right replacement vehicle. During a stressful time for our family, Vanessa and her team made the rental experience one less thing to worry about. When we first picked up our rental, we quickly realized it wasn’t going to work for our family of four with two young kids and all of the gear that comes with them. Vanessa took the time to listen to our situation, helped us figure out what vehicle would best fit our needs, and made it possible for us to switch into a minivan. That one change made a huge difference over the next several weeks. Every interaction with Vanessa and the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. After six weeks, we finally found our replacement Odyssey and returned the rental today. While we’re happy to have our own van back, we’re incredibly grateful for how well Vanessa and the entire Enterprise team took care of us from beginning to end. Thank you for making such a difficult season so much easier for our family. If you’re looking for an Enterprise location that truly puts customers first, this is the one.

  I was renting a Toyota Camery and it had a nail in the tire and it went flat. I returned the car and asked to be put in a new vehicle or have the tire fixed because I was not done with the rental. Immediately before addressing my concerns the manager pointed out a scratch to the bottom bumper and referred to it as a crack. There were multiple scratches when I picked it up to the bottom bumper which I had some photos off. Because they only had 1 photo of another scratch she said that was their proof. Before addressing my concerns about safety and putting g me into another car she filed a claim against my insurance company and promptly terminated my contract leaving me stranded for hours. Do not ever rent from this branch and make sure you VIDEO the entire car inside and out. This new manager is out to file claims justifying her new job.

  Recall on vans is a valid reason to change a reservation but at 9:00pm the night before a morning rental, with no options, it became both a major inconvenience and somewhat more expensive to move everyone. Very late to make alternative plans. Rental agent was great, offered a selection of vehicles but none could accommodate our numbers.

  very polite at this location , Will use this service again, I do think the rent deposit is outrageous and ridiculous. Will do business again at this location
