- NWnicole wiggins3 days ago1.0I have been going here for years and never had an issues till Friday. I went to get a oil changed , once I left I drove maybe ten miles and I had ten different sensors all go off , no power , no gas and no brakes . I've heard stories about what they do but never think it would actually happen. I had to tow my car to the shop across from them , when they opened the hood they did close my oil cap all the way and I had a bunch of oil spill all over my engine, which makes sense because I was smelling something was burning. Now my car is stuck at the shop because the issues. Never again will I go back.
- SBSeana Boldt4 days ago1.0I won’t be going back, tired of pulling up, they, tell me which lane to get into, then somebody else will pull into another lane and be seen before I am. Everybody’s time is valuable. This has happened multiple times I could see occasionally but it’s ridiculous
- PBPerla BarrazaOct 6, 20265.0I went in for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement, and Angel was great! I really appreciated that he showed me the old filter and explained why it needed to be replaced. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Great customer service!
- ALAalyah LopezOct 4, 20262.0Alexis helped me pay out and Garrett was working on my car and then I was left alone with no one working on my car for like 20 minutes Jared came out asked what was going on with my car and started working on it bless him. I had my baby in the car and it was hot, unbelievable that I was left unattended for so long especially since there was a car next to me and I could see everyone working on that new car.
