He was very helpful, made the process easy with giving clear directions (repositioning my car, signals, turning on and off the car, etc.), and willingness to help with suggestions on where to get other car services that I needed. He also understood a person on a budget and helped navigate me in getting services that were more of a priority.The process was also quick and you really remain in your car the entire time. Excellent service.
