  Had an amazing experience at Valvoline thanks to Tony and the store manager! They were both professional, friendly, and made the whole oil change process quick and stress-free. Tony took the time to explain everything clearly, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. It’s hard to find honest and efficient service these days, but this team definitely delivers. Highly recommend this location if you want fast service and people who truly care about their customers!

  I lucked out because when I got there, all three bays were open so they started my oil change process right away. Tyler was very professional and polite. He explained everything that they were going to do to my vehicle and also showed me what needed to be replaced such as my cabin filter. I really liked that they were all very thorough and quick in this process. I know that I went in just for an oil change, but I really needed that cabin filter replaced as well as needing my radiator flushed. It cost me a little bit more than I was expecting, but I didn’t realize how much needed to be done on my vehicle. I know that if I had gone to the dealership, I probably would have paid a lot more money. One of the things I like about the Valvoline drive-through oil change is it they report all the work that they do on Carfax so that way any work that gets done on my car is visible to anyone who does the work on my car if they are a special business. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes and I was happy with the work that got done. I will be going back to this location for my future oil changes.

  Toni was an amazing service consultant. Came to Valvoline for an oil change and somehow left feeling like a Formula 1 driver. 😂 Before I could even unbuckle my seatbelt, 4 guys appeared like an NASCAR pit crew: “Air filter checked!” “Fluids topped!” “Wipers inspected!” “Cabin filter breathing its last breath, ma’am!” I was there for 12 minutes total. My coffee was still too hot to drink when they finished. 10/10 experience. Fast, friendly, and only mildly emotionally overwhelming. 🚗💨

  Updating my original 5-star review because after everything that happened, I can no longer recommend this location. I trusted the employees’ recommendations for additional services while my vehicle was already there and ended up paying over $400. Unfortunately, the work was not completed correctly, and my vehicle was returned with my skid plate improperly reinstalled. Shortly after the service, the skid plate began twisting, dragging, and causing ongoing issues. I even took my vehicle to another nearby location to have it looked at because the issue continued. I explained that this problem started after the original service visit. Instead of resolving the issue quickly and professionally, I was forced to take a day off work to return to the original location. By then, the damage had already been done, and pieces of my skid plate had to be removed. What should have been a routine service turned into unnecessary stress, inconvenience, vehicle damage, and lost time from work. I originally left a positive review because I expected quality service and accountability, but after this experience, I feel extremely disappointed with the workmanship and handling of the situation. I cannot justify keeping my original 5-star review after the condition my vehicle was left in and the inconvenience this caused me. Picture on the road as I looked underneath as there was a slight noise. Second photo is the condition by the time I got home so my husband can look at it.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The team was professional, fast, and very friendly from the moment I pulled in. My husband decided to change the oil in the dark late last night and accidentally did liters so he had to drain it and redo it. He messed up while trying to teach our son. That’s when he said to come here. Store manager was amazing he decided to teach my son where the oil should be and more. I very much respected that. I loved that they didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and had me in and out quicker than expected. I really appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable the staff was—it made the whole process stress-free. My car is running great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future services. Highly recommend!
