  Be aware, this car wash scratched the heck out of my brand new 2025 Camry!!! They took an incident report, and more than a week later they haven’t done anything about it but an email saying that they got the report. One of them brushes got on my car dry and that’s how it scratched the my hood. This people don’t even have serious management in their sites but a bunch of kids that all they are paid to do is to get people to sign into their memberships. IF YOU HAVE A BRAND NEW CAR, specifically a lease, I wouldn’t recommend washing it at this place at all. Oh yeah when you call customer service, the machine says, “they have other calls” and it hands up on you. REALLY SAD. I’ll have to take some serious legal action now against my own neighborhood business !!!!!

  I had to use the bathroom I spoke to Esther the assistant manager explain please. I WAS TOLD MANAGER IS IN A MEETING CANT TALK TO sdo 4iYOU RIGHT NOW. THAT IS NOT GOOD SERVICE 😐 I am still waiting its been 20 min. No service I am trying to call customer service Paul the manager presented himself to hear me and make it right. Esther didn't care not a good example of stepping up to solve the problem. I renewed my membership was happy it opened but now I am done with this place ill go back to my other car wash down the street at least there they have a base for customer service and solving grievances. Do Not Go Here!!!!!
