J&H worked with me entirely over the phone while the dealership brought the car to them for a pre-purchase inspection. They were thorough, documented what they found with photos and diagnostic results, and identified issues that I would never have known about from the CARFAX or the dealership's own inspection. Most importantly, they communicated everything clearly and gave me the information I needed to make my own decision without trying to sell me anything. I spent $200 on the inspection and ultimately decided not to buy the car. That may have been the best $200 I could have spent. Really appreciate the way J&H handled everything, especially being willing to work with me remotely over the phone. I would absolutely use them again.
