  Great experience all the way around from beginning to end. Jalen and Jesus were very helpful at the Hemet California location where I made reservations for a Dodge Durango to go to Texas. Please note that when renting a crossover or anything with 3rd row streets you need a legit credit card, no Cashapp or Chime. This is also true with cars such as Chryslers that are considered luxury rentals. Now the vehicle I rented was excellent no problems, made it a smooth and very comfortable 2 day drive. I'm very happy with my experience as always with Enterprise.

  Jalen R. really deserves to be promoted, I rent with Enterprise specifically because of this guy. He actually takes time to listen to customers and goes over and beyond to keep customers satisfied. That should never go unnoticed, there's people that show up specifically for a check and could careless about listening to customers or keeping customers renting with Enterprise. Jalen is definitely an Asset to this company. He's always very professional, Very Knowledgeable, and actually listens to customers. PLEASE promote this Guy, Everytime I see this guy I ask if he's been Promoted yet, He definitely deserves it🙏. Kevin is an incredible Manager who will do whatever it takes to get the job done, And ive noticed the same qualities in Jalen. They both deserves to be promoted . God bless you guys.   Went in to pickup my rental. Quick check in, walked around the vehicle and they asked if I had any questions about the car's features, then gave me the keys. Then when returning the car, gave them the keys, they checked the mileage, and gave me my final invoice. Easy check in and out. Would come back here again

  Came in and was given the next available vehicle. Clean and reliable vehicle for ten days while my jeep was worked on. Helpful and patient staff, very understanding

  The guys at the front counter were very helpful and friendly, but we had reserved a midsize SUV online and when we got there, they had no SUVs. We had to wait an hour for them to find one and they ended up pulling one that had just had a recall done. It had quite a few miles on it and needed an oil change almost immediately after we got it (we needed it for 3 weeks). They definitely need a better system for reserving cars.
