  I had a great experience they made renting very easy make sure you have a major credit card it all has to be placed on one card other than that everything worked out perfectly will rent from them again.

  What a joke!!! Reserved a rental for work weeks in advance. They called to confirm the day before and said to allow “extra time”! Show up at the appointment time to a closed store and the employee says “we clocked out early for the holiday”. Customer service changes the location to another store. We get there to find out, “sorry we have no cars.” ! So now an hour and a half drive to Ontario airport to get a vehicle.

  They gave me an unsafe jeep wrangler and I drove to kingman tried to exchange it was sent to bullhead airport they had nothing then back to kingman then after missing my reason for going we had to drive it to Las Vegas airport from kingman to finally exchange the jeep and to find out after running the vin on the nhtsa website the jeep had a fire recall and to park away from buildings. When I told the manager at the rental place I rented the jeep wrangler from he rudely told me I was wrong so I showed him a printed out recall notice and he swore up and down it was fixed. Funny how there’s no current fix from the manufacturer at the moment so how could it have been fixed. So my whole trip was getting this unsafe fire recall jeep back to enterprise and the manager took off the rental fee but charged me coverage and did nothing to compensate my gas that I spent missing my event. This was by far the worst car rental experience ever.

  Auto Mall Hemet is the best location to go to. Customer service is beyond anything. My GoTo Car Rental for sure Shaming Stallings

  Always a great experience. I'm a fan! Jalen assisted me in the rental and was professional, easy to work with great customer service! I just came to return my rental and was fortunate to get Jalen for checking in my return! I'm looking forward to to my next rental in a few weeks. Enterprise gas always provided great service. Kevin the manager is great. Great place to do business!?! Thanks
