  I had an absolutely amazing experience at AutoZone, I especially want to recognize the employee who helped me Gregory.They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their customer service was outstanding, and you could tell they genuinely cared about helping customers rather than just making a sale. Employees like this are what make a business stand out! AutoZone is lucky to have such a wonderful team member. I truly appreciate all the help and would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs great service. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one! 👏😊

  The Mexican lady in the front said I couldn’t use the tools to take out the battery myself and told me that I couldn’t use them and I could possibly steal it after telling her I would leave my ID she was very in my opinion Racist lady and judgmental I never had a problem getting any tools here before but today was very much different I had to drive across town to another auto zone for them to give me the tools and didn’t even ask for my ID but gave it to them anyways it is 1:58 Pm September 23rd

  Wao!!! I can't believe the service!!!. The manager Kelly totally took care of me. After initially having some hiccups and telling me they could not help me. Kelly called the store I purchased a wiperblade (Autozone in Beaumont) he was able to optain a receipt by my phone number accout, confirmed I had actually purchased the wiper blade from their company. Not only did he replaced the blad blade, he installed a better blade after he stated, "Are we square" and send me on my way. Thank you Kelly for trusting that I was a legit customer, understanding that a wiper blade should not go bad in a month, and going out of your way by calling the Beaumont store and confirming my purchase. I will definitely continue to be an Autozone customer. I would recommend you no longer carry the "cheap blades", that by the other employee's admission l, are not good and that's why they are cheap.   I usually receive really good customer service from here but I walked in and tried to ask for help and the manager was busy, which I understand, he immediately dismissed me and let me know he wasn’t a mechanic and couldn’t help me. That is beyond rude seeing that he’s a manager and works at a place where people are going to have questions. I have been helped by this same older gentleman in the past and he was very helpful but today he was short and dismissive. I won’t be coming here ever again.
