  Amber was great in the store today. She helped me find what I needed, showed me how to use it and prevented me from buying unnecessary items all while keeping the register line moving. Very impressed.

  If I could give it a 0 I would. I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone. I purchased a product that didn’t work and returned to the store to request a refund. The manager, Amber, was unwilling to refund the item, even though it was defective. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she became argumentative and started using foul language, which was completely inappropriate. While I was in the store, I also witnessed her yelling at one of her associates from across the front of the store because he was trying to help a customer look and a battery and she “couldn’t have him doing that” he looked embarrassed and It was uncomfortable to watch and showed a lack of respect for both her employee and the customers in the store. She also took a phone call while I was waiting in line and gave the customer on the phone a disrespectful tone and attitude. A manager should be able to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally, especially when dealing with a defective product. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and left me with a very poor impression of this location.
