- AAAndres AlvarezApr 29, 20261.0Went for a tire patch because I had a screw. Guy says it's not repairable so I need to replace so he ordered tires and scheduled me for the next day. Drop my car off and they swapped out my two good tires and the one with the screw still on the vehicle. Tell him you swapped the wrong tires, he says no we didn't, I tell him if I go outside and the screw is still in the tire then you got the wrong ones. I go out and the screw is still there. I let him know he swapped the wrong tires and to get it fixed immediately, the guy from yesterday asked me what tires am I replacing (told him the bad one with the screw), asked me where I wanted the new tires and I say the front. If all the notes are there he should've done it right the first time instead of arguing with me . He responds with, "well I wasn't here so i don't know". I proceed to call corporate and they submit a claim stating I'd get a call 24-48 hours later. I've only received a text asking me to leave unproductive review. They also said I'd have to drive off with the screw in my tire and wait to be contacted with a resolution. Thanks Allen Tires!
