  Looked around the area and this car wash recommended, so I came here and bought the most expensive option they had to offer, that included everything. The wash had just cleaned the exterior/above parts only, didnt get a tire shine, under carriage cleaning and other options they had to offer in the membership. So I recommended you not to go to this car wash except only for a quick outer wash. Not worth the buck spent on membership

  It was my first time going to quick quack and I ask Stephanie if she can explain the differences between the washes and what she’d recommend for me. She was very kind and helpful. Her customer service was excellent. Would come back again.

  I did not want to write any negative reviews but this company does not care about their customers. I loved their service and it gave me great piece of mind when I used their service if something factory installed on my car gets damaged they will take care of it. However this was my experience; when you call their phone number there no answer even after hours of hold and then the hotline tells to contact them on the website. When you email them they give me a useless answer and then when I complained they to tell me call their nonexistent customer service. My tesla factory spoiler was damaged when I reported at the location in January and it is yet to be resolved. Just FYI for rest of the customers.

  ZERO STARS! That’s completely disrespectful. Putting up a “30-minute break” sign ( before my arrival!) and then not coming back or updating customers is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. You shouldn’t play with customers’ time—people make plans and wait, trusting that service will resume as stated. I went to the office, and two employees (one named Nicole , and another whose name I didn’t catch) laughed and greeted me without any empathy, which made the situation even more frustrating. Please remove that misleading sign and provide an exact reopening time so customers don’t waste their valuable time trusting a business that doesn’t seem to respect their effort. This is a mess. I’ve been here for more than 45 minutes, and no one has returned. There are plenty of cars lined up behind me, and many have already left. Clearly, no one cares—at least 10 cars drove away. This means lost business due to a poorly handled and unnecessary break during scheduled hours. In term Of service , the cleaning is so superficial, leaving my car dirty and noone even take seriously time to pay attention. if i pay a cheapest service it does not mean you clean my car half way! Please respect put money and do the job professionally! RIP OFF, stay away feom this place!
