  I had a very disappointing experience with this rental car company. The car was not clean when I picked it up, and it smelled bad inside. The staff seemed unprofessional and were not helpful when I asked questions. On top of that, there were unexpected extra charges that were never clearly explained. The vehicle also had mechanical issues that made the trip stressful and unsafe. Overall, I would not recommend renting from this company and I definitely will not be coming back.

  Do not rely on the pick up service to pick you up on time. The shop i left my vehicle at they called enterprise told them I was ready for pick up they tell the shop 20 mins 40 mins later still waiting for pick up and when I call to see what’s going on its ohh the drivers on the way another 15 mins.Driver was doing other drop offs so how about we just say that from the beginning instead of giving false time frames.

  The location I went to was they're so friendly and just very tentative and they went out of their way to pick me up from the auto body shop. But they also gave me a ride back when my car was done. Very very nice people. I like them and even when you're not using insurance, they still treat you with the same amount of kindness as when you are using insurance. The deposit with a debit card is $300 but if you are getting a rental because your car was in an accident and an insurance company is covering for your rental, it's only $100 with a debit card. I definitely would recommend them. They are a little pricier than budget but they also have more car availability where I live.

  had an accident my insurance ran out tesla is the other policy, so they are covering the rental car insurance was in was 2025 Honda crv they said Chevy Malibu was an equal vehicle, I argued two days nothing. when I switched rental car company's they ( enterprise picked me up at hertz delivered me to thier hub and the agent showed me the car , and talked to the tesla agent and got me a similar type vehicle his name was Ben . when I got home I got an email from hertz saying I owed $600 for a plastic piece that fell off when I shut the door. I put it back on and told them when I dropped off the car. so I looked at the enterprise car and a burn hole in the seat I called them and they knew it so no worrying with them very happy with them enterprise, Hayward mission and harder hub. I now know why hertz name is hertz they hurt my head parts fall off you cars and you want to charge me to fix it. I put it back the way it was when I rented it. the hertz is on Hampton and mission I'd check the car before driving off the lot because the will charge you for thier issues..I mean shut each door trunk 5 times roll down every windows 3 x I just shut the passenger door 1 time and yhe plastic trim fell off and they sent me s bill for $ 600 for repairs . talk about shady. dont know if im ever using hertz again untrustable , but enterprise has my respect .

  Tyler and Ben are friendly and professional. Rental and return process is fast and efficient. I haven’t rented a car from car rental companies for several years. My car was rear ended recently. I was told to get a rental car while fixing it. With news regarding car rental companies in social media, I was nervous about renting a car. I’ll come back to this office if I need a rental car in future. Thank you Tyler.
