I have to be honest about this. Kinda disappointed in the quality of some of their parts…. BUT…..They honored the warranty with out much fuss and for that I am appreciative. Now The part that failed was not horribly difficult to get to so I dont mind the little extra work. But if I had to remove the top half of the motor to get to it I would be pissed. This has to do with their in house brand. Aside from that solid showing at the store. it was clean, the kids working the counter were prompt, were professional and knew how to work the computer… It was not a bad experience at all. Oh and they offer 10% for military. That was a nice little thing.. Keep up the good work and see if you can source better manufactures for your water pumps.

I called ahead and when I got to the store 10 minutes before closing the employees two young men said it to close to closing to get the parts I wanted then rushed me and several other customers out the store rudely. June 2nd 951pm.
