  I recently visited AutoZone because my car battery had died, and I needed help getting my vehicle running again. When I arrived, an AutoZone employee named Justin greeted me with a friendly attitude and asked how he could help. After I explained the issue, Justin came outside to inspect my vehicle and tested the battery. He confirmed that the battery needed to be replaced and clearly explained my replacement options. Once I selected a new battery, Justin installed it quickly and professionally. After the installation, he tested the battery and charging system to make sure everything was working properly before I drove away. Justin was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. He answered my questions, made the experience stress-free, and provided excellent customer service. Thanks to Justin's help, I left AutoZone with my car running perfectly and felt confident that I had received outstanding service. I would gladly return to AutoZone because of the positive experience I had.

  Location # 05387. I recently had an interesting experience at an auto parts store in Lawndale. I purchased an auto part and wanted my car battery checked. A person was sent to check the battery in my very low mileage (little old lady from Pasadena) 2019 Kia Forte. This person did not have a clue on where to find the posts to do the check. Nor did he have a clue as to where to find the cabin air filter. I returned the auto part I had purchased. Monday Ju ne 29th, I visited AutoZone at 13765 Hawthorne Blvd CA to do price checking on a new battery. I was helped by Justin. Justin was well-groomed and had a calm disposition. Justin gave me prices on car batteries, and I purchased an auto part. Whew, batteries are very expensive. I asked Justin if I could have the car battery checked. I shared with him that I had gone elsewhere and the staff could not check the car battery, maybe it was sealed. Justin said he could check it. We went outside. The car battery. Justin told me that I did not NEED a new car battery. I needed to have that one CHARGED. In the same breath group, I asked how much that would cost and if he knew where I could have this done, He said we do that here and there is no charge, but it would take an hour. I was amazed. I want to give a shout out to AutoZone for having knowledgeable staff members and to JUSTIN in particular for the professionalism he demonstrated. I found him to be knowledgeable, courteous, patient and empathetic. I am going back today to get the battery charged. I will see how that works. When I need the battery, I know where to go.

  Roman is the BEST! Installed my car battery. He was knowledgeable, friendly. and efficient. I will shop there in the future for all my auto needs.

  I give ya 3 starts for tools and parts availability when needed last minute. But sending me to another store out of my way to make a return when the policy states the return can be made at any store. Thats inconvenient and we don’t have the luxury to be driving around like that right now with these gas prices. The manager at the store that I went to for my return was very kind, no questions asked on my returns and told me clearly no store should deny a return if it’s within the scope. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I wouldn’t be complaining but this return was for near 1k of value. And it was a warranty exchange to begin with.
