  I give ya 3 starts for tools and parts availability when needed last minute. But sending me to another store out of my way to make a return when the policy states the return can be made at any store. Thats inconvenient and we don’t have the luxury to be driving around like that right now with these gas prices. The manager at the store that I went to for my return was very kind, no questions asked on my returns and told me clearly no store should deny a return if it’s within the scope. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I wouldn’t be complaining but this return was for near 1k of value. And it was a warranty exchange to begin with.

  May 11,2026 had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Yesenia! She was extremely helpful, kind, professional, and had such a welcoming smile the entire time. She truly went above and beyond to help me with my car 🚙 and made sure I understood everything I needed. It’s rare to find customer service that genuinely makes you feel taken care of, and Yesenia absolutely did that. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very attentive from beginning to end. You can tell she really cares about helping customers. Thank you again, Yesenia, for making my experience so easy and positive. AutoZone is lucky to have someone as amazing as you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Came in and was treated with such a positive attitude. Roman is an awesome staff. Roman seems very educated with cars and was very polite. Roman helped me get exactly what I need, showed me where to get it and showed me where to check my steering fluid. Although, I didn’t need it and just have to take my baby to the auto-shop, Roman energy and customer service was so exceptional. Roman positive attitude brought peace to my day even when I know I may have to put a dent in my wallet to fix my car lol in the words of ice cube, Today Was A Good Day !!
