  I brought my vehicle to LexService because my headlights seemed dim and was advised to replace both factory HID bulbs for nearly $600. The right bulb was initially installed incorrectly and had to be corrected on a return visit. Unfortunately, even after that adjustment, the expensive new bulbs made little to no difference in nighttime visibility. When my vehicle was brought in again to address the issue, what should have been a routine service dispute became unnecessarily confrontational. The owner made unprofessional personal remarks and repeatedly changed his position regarding a refund. After removing the nearly new bulbs, the shop refused to issue even a parts only refund, leaving me no choice but to file a credit card dispute for the retained bulbs. To make matters worse, the shop also retained then refused to provide me a copy of my original invoice. I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, and even after the agency contacted the shop, the invoice was still not provided. Although, I am appreciative that the shop ultimately issued a full refund, the overall experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing.

  I recently took my 2016 Lexus GS-F to Lexservice to address a coolant leak and sluggish acceleration. After being told by local mechanics that only a dealership could handle a car of this caliber, I found Lexservice through a Google search—and I’m incredibly glad I did. They didn’t just fix the leak; they diagnosed the root cause of my acceleration issues. They went above and beyond, addressing secondary issues at no additional labor cost. Based on forum research and online estimators, Lexservice was at least a quarter of the cost than the dealership would have been. More importantly, their thoroughness and attention to detail far exceeded dealership standards. Even though I live 20 miles away, the peace of mind is well worth the drive. Lexservice has earned all my future business!

  I have used LEXSERVICE in Harbor City, CA for all service requirements on the several Lexus models I have owned over at least 20 years. I give them much of the credit for the fact that I have not had an operational problem with one of these Lexus cars during the period I have used LEXSERVICE. They are very knowledgeable regarding Lexus cars, and their service prices are reasonable. And I do not have to wait an unreasonable time for LEXSERVICE to complete the necessary services.

  There's has never been a moment where I have not been/ recieved absolute professional courtesy and service from LexService. From start to finish seamless service. They've always done the work needed for my vehicle and have advised me on things I would need to have serviced at the proper scheduled time for my vehicle. Thanks LexService!
