  The folks that work in this location are amazing. Recently, my car was in the shop during the start of school. I was able to get a car, clean and on time to keep us moving during a tough time. Thanks to Orius for helping me out! Thanks to Max and their detailing guy for dropping us off when our rental was returned!

  Staff at Grass Valley pickup point, Max and Nic were very helpful and pleasant. The nearly new car made the 500+ mile journey enjoyable.

  No one answers the phone. I called on three different days. It sounds like someone picks up, but then places you back on hold. And then the line disconnects. I need a rental for up to 6 months per my new job. Had to use the Enterprise in Auburn instead. So frustrating!

  Staff here is always great, no annoying, over the top fake customer service. Just straightforward, but professional. They unexpectedly gave me a mustang last time I rented, it was a very pleasant surprise, and I'm very thankful. I recommend this location over any other.
