  No one answers the phone. I called on three different days. It sounds like someone picks up, but then places you back on hold. And then the line disconnects. I need a rental for up to 6 months per my new job. Had to use the Enterprise in Auburn instead. So frustrating!

  I really appreciate the guys at my local Enterprise. I usually rent a vehicle at least once a month. They always try to work with me to make sure my needs are met.

  Staff here is always great, no annoying, over the top fake customer service. Just straightforward, but professional. They unexpectedly gave me a mustang last time I rented, it was a very pleasant surprise, and I'm very thankful. I recommend this location over any other.

  Would have given them a 5-star rating prior to the unhinged manager, Andrew, texting me from his personal cell phone threatening me with felony charges because there was a miscommunication with my rental extension. Instead of following standard business protocol and being a decent human being, he felt it was appropriate to threaten me via text instead of simply calling me from an office phone to tell there was a problem. I had no idea that there was an issue and not one time did anyone attempt to contact me prior to the threats. Even when I advised him that I was on the phone with the escalation department, he continued to threaten me. I was reading the messages to the agent as I was filing the complaint. Oh and the escalation team was able to see my extension but the “manager” at the Grass Valley branch who was threatening me, claims he couldn’t see it.
