  One of the worst shops in the valley maybe in all of Ca. Rude, unprofessional and no appreciation for the customers. Save yourself from the nightmare of dealing with these jerks

  They told me my alignment would cost 135 over the phone and they charged me 195 when I got there. Claimed it was an “exotic alignment” it’s 2 tie rods in the front. Can’t adjust the rear if you wanted to. So they charged me 195 and there was nothing exotic about the alignment, didn’t even take his shirt offload (lol). When I asked the manager why I’m getting charged so much he said it’s because it’s a Tesla. It’s only 2 tie rods!! Rip off find something on Groupon. All the techs are great but management needs some upgrades

  I would have given a 4 or five star rating but the fact they force you to call into a call center almost made me find another tire shop. But they had the best deal, saving me hundreds of dollars. The first lady barely spoke English and hung up on me when I asked what she said for the third time. Then I called back and the second girl was really rude and made me make an in person appointment even though she couldn’t give me any prices. Really horrible customer service experience but the actual people at the tire center made up for it.

  Both the manager and his team works extremely prompt into the Point, I told them I was in a hurry and they accommodated I had a big nail in my tire in my rental vehicle and needed to get taken care of stat. They were in and out great job to these guys and girls!
