    Employee at the front was helpful but the company uses a call service to schedule appointments. Made one for 130 for a tire balance. When i arrived I was told id have to leave the car and they'd have it done later this afternoon due to them only having one tech, for a 5 minute balance. Absolute waste of my time. Never coming back and I need a new set of tires 👎👎

    Temperature over 100 outside I asked the guy do you have soda machine or water. He was very rude answering. No, we don’t have nothing even they have machine for the workers didn’t even offer a glass of water what kind customer service is this?

    I did not personally purchase my tires from this business. However, it appears that the Lexus dealership did. I have purchased tires here in the past though.b
