  Enterprise in Granada Hills is HORRIBLE! Nobody answers the phones, on hold for over 28 mins and they never have any cars ! Don’t waste your time go somewhere else !!!!

  Adan F. provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the rental process easy from start to finish. Even though there were other vehicles available, he went out of his way to get the exact car I wanted and even washed it himself. What stood out most was his attitude. When I offered to thank him for his extra effort, he politely declined and simply said, "Good people." That small gesture said a lot about his character. I've rented over 50 vehicles from different companies, and this was easily my best rental experience. Adan is a true professional, and Enterprise should be proud to have employees like him. H from Burbank enterprise was dope too when I returned the car.

  I met with Adan Flores on 4/27/2026. He was so professional and friendly. I was in a horrible situation where someone hit the back of my car and it was up the street getting repaired. I needed a mini van and he had one! The whole process from start to finish was 20 minutes. It was a horrible day and he streamlined the rental car process making it the brightest part of this whole situation. Update: We returned the van rental today 5/12/2026. I didn't get the name of the 31 year old male employee but he and Adan offered us a ride to Yoshi's auto body up the street. Thank you! We will definitely be using enterprise again.
