  After 3-4 days of waiting to get a car finally Friday night they offered a car. Mini Mitsubishi, didn't clean it. Quickly signed send me off. As I drove away car started making funny noises, I said oh well it is old its. Sunday. I get ready to go somewhere I had to go. Driving away tire pressure light comes on so immediately I go to gas station for air. But goes full flat. Stuck at gas station, blocking the way. I call enterprise for help ; they say $78 fee for this service will be applied, and don't worry insurance will cover it. I said No, I won't pay for a service i am supposed to receive!! Called store and was on hold for ever, in the heat in my condition that just got into an accident recently and my car was totaled, and am majorly injured. I was drenched in sweat in dry heat. I managed to get the car to a safe place to.park. I am in aw of such service this place/ enterprise has shown. I had to take a lyft to get to where I needed to go. So frustrating I wish I could post the photos here

  This was my first time using a car rental and they people there are really helpful and nice. I asked for a comfortable car and economic in gas and they give me options. The car was nice and economic. For my first experience I would say it was nice and definitely recommend this place. They are really nice and helpful.

  I always rent from Enterprise whenever we are traveling and need a car. They have always been very consistent with the vehicles and very easy to work with.

  today is 06-13 and i came to return my rental and I arrived at 5pm they only have one person working and i had 9 clients waiting in front of me it took 1 hour to return the are this is not Acceptable. Management should me Ashamed of leaving one representative to help Ten clients at once returns and Rentals.
