- RGRandy Goad6 days ago2.0Be honest, don't omit or decive...I reserved a 8 passenger SUV and wasn't told that I needed a credit card until the last minute....i had no choice but to accept a much smaller car which resulted in me leaving behind a 27" iMac and it's flight case. They don't care about the customer

- RHRyan HSep 28, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise Goleta. I made a reservation about a week in advance for a Chevrolet Tahoe or Jeep Wagoneer/full-size SUV for an upcoming trip. I even called the Goleta location ahead of time to confirm everything. I spoke with Cameron, a manager, who told me he would call me back right away, but he never did. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, I was told they didn’t have the vehicle I had reserved. This left me scrambling at the last minute to find another vehicle, potentially having to leave work early and lose money. What made the situation worse was the customer service. Cameron was dismissive and told me essentially that it wasn’t his fault, rather than making a genuine effort to help me find the vehicle I had reserved or a suitable replacement. I was also put on hold while trying to resolve this urgent issue. I understand that rental availability can sometimes change, but the lack of communication and effort to resolve the situation was extremely frustrating. I made the reservation in advance and specifically contacted the location beforehand because I wanted to avoid exactly this situation. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve had with a rental company. Enterprise needs to do a better job communicating with customers and helping them when a confirmed reservation cannot be fulfilled.
