- AFAlison FlemingMay 11, 20265.0I just got a new car in November - it’s a VW - i went to my regular oil change place -quickies- and to my surprise they said they couldn’t help me - they don’t have the right supplies to service a VW - I asked advice and where I should go and they suggested trying Jiffy Lube - i called ahead to see if they could help me and they said yes. I went right in and they were so helpful and kind. I am so appreciative and will definitely return. I highly recommend them. They also rotated my tires and checked the brakes for me too.

As I was leaving nobody reset my prompt message on dashboard until I said something and my maintenance service sticker on windshield. I hope the service people are more detailed oriented before you drive off. Other than that, very friendly!
- CCCLUBLFEApr 14, 20262.0It was pretty easy to drop off my car. Need to take a little bit longer than normal. I was told that my compartment filter needed to be changed and they showed me why. So I had it done all was good. Several days later, I had to go to my glove compartment to find something and discovered that it was an absolute mess in my glove compartment. I usually have everything well organized, and it’s spots, and it looked like everything had been thrown out of it and then throw them back into it. I’ll make sure I never got that experience again
