    I had a completely different experience here than I did at the dealership where I originally bought my car, and I felt this deserved recognition. I purchased my vehicle from Mark Christopher, and unfortunately it was sold to me with an exhaust leak. They attempted to fix it, but the issue was not resolved, and I was told I would need to be without my vehicle for several days. As a parent of an autistic son, being without transportation is not a small inconvenience — it completely affects daily life, routines, and stability. When I called Glendora Chevrolet, Omar immediately listened to my situation and responded with kindness and urgency. He told me, “Make an appointment Bring it in and I’ll figure something out” and found a workable solution for my family. That meant a lot, especially because I did not even purchase my car there, and he had no obligation to step in and help me. What stood out most was that he treated my situation like it mattered. He showed understanding, compassion, and real customer care in a way that is rare to find. Because of Omar, I truly wish I had bought my car from Glendora Chevrolet in the first place, and any future Chevy I purchase will absolutely be from this dealership. Thank you, Omar, for caring, for listening, and for helping my family — especially during Autism Awareness Month, when understanding the realities families face means more than people realize.

    I hate to write negative reviews, but I just cannot let this go. The sales department is great but the service department is getting an F from me. We have been buying our cars and trucks from Glendora Chevy for 20 years, and I bought a new truck just about 2 months ago. I ordered a Tonneau cover when I bought the truck. I kept getting notifications it has arrived at the dealer but the service department kept telling me it was not there. I had to go to the dealer to get them to find my cover. The cover got installed and within the first week the cover started malfunctioning and would randomly slide open when I was driving even when it was locked. The cover also quit lining up and was crooked and hard to open and close I took my truck in today to have the cover looked at. I dropped my truck off at 7:00 am and was told someone would get back to. 5 hours later no one had contacted me so I called the dealer. No one in service was answering but the receptionist assured me that someone would call me back. 2 hours later no one had called so I called back. I got the receptionist again and still no one had answers but I was told I would definitely get a call back. The third time I called now at 4:00 pm, after waiting on hold, I was told that service was checking on warranty for the cover and would be keeping my truck overnight!! And still no one had answers. I asked to speak to the service manager and was told he went home. I asked to speak to the general manager and was told he went home. Really? So I borrowed my son’s car and drove to the dealer to get some answers. And during this time the service department had also not responded to my text message. No one told me that service might keep my truck. No one called me to explain the situation and give me options. When I got to the service department more excuses were made and I was told that they would be keeping my truck until they had answers about the cover. Huh??!! For a cover you’re keeping my truck??!! After a lengthy conversation I finally was able to take my truck home because I could not be without from Thursday to Monday!!! I have been promised that the cover issue will be resolved but why do I have the feeling I will be given the run around. The Tonneau cover was installed by the service department and has never worked….. I find it interesting that I was patient all day and then when I finally do get angry, I’m the bad guy. It’s simple….someone could have called me and very simply said: we’re waiting for a response about warranty for your cover. We will not get the work done today and we might need to order a new cover, would you like to take your truck and then bring it back when we know what’s happening? Easy peasy and no one is upset!!! Now I’m not convinced this will be resolved. Also, sending someone to voicemail when they’re already upset is not helpful. And ignoring customers is not good either. I feel like I was being gaslit. Had someone spoken to me and not sent me to voicemail, and forced me to drive to the dealer, I would not have written this review.
