    I took my 2016 chevy Silverado 1500 for complete work, all fluids changed, transmission, brake, engine coolant and a tune up ,changed the spark plugs and wires, and oil change. I wasn't aware that with the oil change they also rotate your tires. It wasn't brought to my attention and I forgot to tell the dealership that I had just had my tires rotated at American tires two weeks prior. When I told the service rep who helped me he was apologetic and offered to keep the truck and re rotate the tires, I chose to drive off and said I didn't want to wait at that time, but I've reconsidered and I'm hoping to contact the service rep and schedule a appointment to have the tires rotated. They were very accommodating with offering a ride and keeping my vehicle until everything was done.

    Terrible experience. Showed up at 10am as a “scheduled” appointment. I explained why I was bringing my vehicle in for. I was told that my car would not ready by 1130am. 1130am came around and I heard nothing. I decided I would wait a bit more. 12pm rolled by and still heard nothing. I said I’ll give them 30 more minutes. It looked like they were busy and I was trying to be understanding. Finally I went to ask how much longer my car would be. The person at the counter left to check the status of my vehicle. He came back stating that I might be next. Turns out that after 2 hours and 40 minutes my car might finally go up on the lift. And that it might take a few more hours before it would be ready. I was upset and told them to bring my car around. I was going to leave. What upset me was the fact that no one kept me up to date. Common sense would of told them. At 1130am inform me that it was going to take longer than the time I was quoted. I would of made a decision to stay or go. Instead they figured that I probably wanted to spend 3 more hours waiting. I watched as other cars showed up at almost the same time I arrived, come and go. All I got was an I’m sorry and no guarantee my car would be serviced promptly. I get that they were busy. But come on guys. Keep your customers informed of the progress. If they would of told me the moment I arrived that I would be there all day. I would of not agreed to have my car serviced there. But I was told 1 hour and half at most.

    Found a 26’ Silverado zr2 that I loved. Joey had me see the truck, test drive it and after walking away to think about the purchase I was not pressured at all. Joey politely followed up and once my decision was made I went with them. All staff including finance manager and GM spoke to me and despite having a greatest deal they still worked down the price. Great experience , great truck, and great deals if you know what to ask for.

    Very unprofessional, did nothing with recall and car promised around 1045 and did not get till after three and that was because I called and pushed. Service guy hung up on me and wouldn’t let me talk to manager when called back. Still have issue with recall and service guy said will need to leave car for another day. Will call manager again.

    After looking all over the US for a specific color and model of Corvette, I found it at Glendora. One phone call and I got the information I needed to decide that it was the car I'd been looking for. I was transferred to the sales manager, Chris, who was very reasonable in negotiating a price with me. Fair, no pressure. We made a deal in just a few minutes. Joey did a personalized video walkthrough with me to go over ever inch of the car. I was happy and signed the contract shortly after with Maribel. At pickup, Joey took great care of us and detailed the car himself! Leslie made the final paperwork a pleasure. I had a great experience with Glendora Chevrolet!!
