I took my car in for a flat tire and the service attendant tried to convince me to change my tire since according to him the tire was not repairable so I left and went to Big Brand Tire in Burbank and had the tire fixed for free since it’s their corporate policy. I should thank Mountain View Tire for saving me $40. The sad thing is that I was their repeat customer. I would never go back there again.

Frank took very good care of us. Got 4 New Goodyear tires and the alignment for a good price. Called and went in and within 1 and 1/2 hours is was out the door. Went back the next day to get air in my other car and they did it no problem. Highly recommend this place

My inner and outer bearings gave out on my ram 1500. Which collapsed my right front wheel and destroyed my new tire my disk rotor and other parts as well. Luckily this place was open and ready to take my truck without an appointment. I had to leave it at the shop since i was on my way to a job. Through out the day they communicated with me on what was needed and got all the parts and repaired my vehicle. Seeing im working extra jobs to stay afloat and survive. I explained to the to the rep at the desk i have this number of dollars, and was kind enough to find a way to remove some of the cost. Which certainly motivated me to find the last little bit to complete payment. I appreciate the fast work, to complete repair, giving me a break in the price. And the communication, as well as the kind professional customer service. I recommend this place to anyone needed auto work done. As they kept me on the road. Allowed me to get to my job and same day pick up the truck. Open till 7pm on a saturday what a blessing. Thank you mountain view tire and auto!!!
